To say Cody loves mushrooms is an understatement. She picked out her wedding dress because it resemblanced a mushroom. She has an Instagram account dedicated to mushrooms she finds. So it was only fitting for the weather on her and Eric’s wedding day to be the perfect conditions needed for mushrooms (and love) to grow :) Congratulations Cody & Eric!

Rooted in nostalgia, Abby & Jason’s engagement session took them down memory lane, literally. Shot at a family friend’s vineyard, the day featured one of Jason’s grandpa’s cars, a sweet nod to Abby’s sister, who borrowed a different one of his cars for her wedding photos a couple years ago 🥹 by @alliesperspective

The one word I’d use to describe Carley and Kevin’s wedding day is intentional. From an intimate ceremony at the courthouse, photos at the beautiful Architectural Antiques, to a reception dinner at Marty’s Deli just down the street from their house, they kept the whole day close to home, incorporating local businesses they love.

It was such an honor to be right there with them capturing their day ❤️

My couples have the best taste (and it’s not bc they chose me as their photographer 💁🏻‍♀️) Mara brought quite literally the best book I’ve ever read to the session. The Song of Achilles is heartbreakingly, hauntingly, beautiful (with a fat emphasis on heartbreak), but I could not recommend it more. By the end, I felt so inspired to create. There’s truly nothing better than art that inspires you to create more art :) taken in Bohemian Flats by @alliesperspective

Iconic photos for an iconic couple.

You guys I swear I have the coolest couples 😭 I wish I could take credit for this shoot, but this was ALL Athina & Carter’s idea. Their wedding will be at a speakeasy, so it was only fitting for their engagement pics to match the vibe! Big shout out to @wafrostcompany for letting us take photos at their restaurant — it was absolutely perfect in every way possible (and they have amazing food!)

Another fun tidbit is that Athina & Carter love to thrift. They actually thrifted most of their outfits (this is only the first outfit change) and hello they look AMAZING. I seriously love love love when couples have a specific vision and trust me to capture it. It’s so fun bringing it to life 🤩 Stay tuned for part ✌️
