this dream often requires hundreds & thousands of these for the very slight and occasional ‘yes’ . and yet I’ll show up again and again and again and 🫀 (this is all I could fit) #selftape

11 years later?! 🥺🥺happy bEarth day to my bean queen. the disorientation I have been experiencing the last few weeks knowing that she is no longer just mine but completely her own has been timestealing yet witnessing her in her own story has been heartstilling. although when I look at her I see every age. forever like a lantern and the light flickering is every version, every all of her. thank you for making me a mom. ❤️🎱🔥
lots & lots of sweat & lots & lots of love.
I’m so grateful.
artists really are out here feeling everything & making things with it.
this is what I want to do every day.
the answer always comes down to creating. 😭

to new & old friends. I love me more with you than without. to the community of indie film making. to the weird ones in every room. I am sensitive to all of you. 🫂 despite the heat & smell of Hell, you are golden hour in my memory. 🪞

I’m back home waiting for the water to boil and sweeping up dog hair, but I just want to tell you I love you. taken in New Orleans, Louisiana by @allishey
