Is this a safe space?! 📸 I can’t believe I got to do this again I’m so grateful for every single second of brigade I get to be on. Guatemala was a beautifully profound lesson to the importance of community. Thank you to every single member of the town that was vulnerable and kind enough to let us into their world. This trip was so empowering and has been an incredible opportunity. Thankful to every one of my 25 new best friends I’m shocked every-time I go on brigade how quickly you can form such intimate friendships and I can’t wait the for next one. Thankful for the incredible staff on this trip. Thank you Guatemala for teaching me the importance of community and kindness. Hey ya’ll this May I have the incredible opportunity to travel to Guatemala with UNC Medical Bridgade again!! I will help to provide free medical care to underserved communities. Last year I was blessed enough to travel to Panamá and it changed my life. Being given the chance to serve that community makes you truly appreciate everything you have in your. I also learned how quickly you can form deep connections when we all serve the greater purpose of helping others and serving those around us as God intended. Thank you all for the support I received for my last brigade and I’d greatly appreciate any support for my upcoming trip to Guatemala.
