I took this on the way to grand central hoping I would make my train and deciding it would be okay regardless of what happened, and I think that needs to be how I think about life too by @allison.vanhook

One month ago, I decided I was going to make the jump and make my business my full time job. For better or for worse, I’ve always wanted better for myself and it wasn’t enough to stay with something stable when I wasn’t happy.

The past month has had some tough days but I truly feel like this is what I’m supposed to be doing. Pelvic floor physical therapy and women’s health are under-researched and under-served, and I want to create something that’s bigger than just me to help more people.

My inner critic has come out A LOT but there is always that part inside me that knows I can do this. And my friends have believed in me every step of the way, which I am so grateful for.

ASK THE PEOPLE YOU LOVE ABOUT THEIR PELVIC FLOOR. And if they have trouble, send them to me 👼🏼⭐️ by @allison.vanhook

it is currently cold and rainy and I am no longer in Denmark so perfect time for a photo dump. still feels like home to me and gets harder to leave every time.

also, my mom said she hasn’t seen me that happy in a picture in a long time (#5). I think she’s starting to get it now 🤍 taken in Louisiana Museum of Modern Art by @allison.vanhook
