We were physically in Chicago at the Opening Convening of “If Emmett Till Lived: Freedom on American Ground,” organized and curated by our friend, @sarahelizabethlewis1 , in collaboration with Reverend Wheeler Parker Jr.-Emmett Till’s cousin, best friend, and the last surviving witness to his kidnapping.

But, by the time Sarah had given us “the benediction,” I felt like I had been to church back home in South Carolina, and the pastor, in this case Sarah, had given us our daily bread in the form of these reflections: “What if Emmett Till lived? What if he had returned home still a child, alive and free?…What has come of the unjust, violent denial of his right to life?”

Happy anniversary, @argent 🎉

I still can’t quite believe I get to be part of this community. Thank you @salichristeson for including me — it’s meant more than you know.

I’ve never felt stronger than when I’m in community with likeminded women. Being in this space has reminded me that growth and change aren’t things we achieve alone — they’re something we build together, in rooms full of people who lift you higher than you thought you could go.

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. Here’s to another year of showing up for each other. 💪🏾

Legacy Warriors honor the generations that shaped them while creating new pathways for those who follow. They remind us that leadership is measured not only by what we accomplish, but by what we pass on.

Meet the remarkable leaders who bring this one to life at Disruption Dialogue 2026.

Sarah Strong is a forward for the UConn Huskies, recognized for her versatility as a 6-foot-2 athlete who contributes as a scorer, rebounder, and playmaker. Strong entered college basketball as the top recruit in her class and made an immediate impact with a debut performance that included 17 points, four rebounds, three assists, and six steals. Her freshman season concluded with a national championship, where she recorded a double-double of 24 points, 15 rebounds, and five assists in the title game, becoming the first player to achieve at least 20 points, 15 rebounds, and five assists in a championship contest.

Strong earned honors such as Big East Freshman of the Year, unanimous All-Big East First Team, and Division I WBCA Freshman of the Year. She led her team in points, rebounds, and steals, demonstrating leadership and basketball intelligence.

During her sophomore season, Strong led the Huskies in points, rebounds, blocks, and steals, and ranked second in assists. She achieved 10 double-doubles and scored in double figures in every game, with 16 games of 20 or more points. Strong reached the 1,000-point milestone in her 59th game. Strong received multiple Big East Player of the Week honors and the Naismith Women’s Player of the Year award, establishing her as a high-impact performer in women’s college basketball.

Allison Feaster is Vice President of Team Operations & Organizational Growth for the 18-time World Champion Boston Celtics. She is a former professional basketball player, a global citizen, and a trailblazer in the sports industry who is highly regarded for her leadership and teambuilding skills.

During her decorated college basketball career, Feaster was the first player in any sport to be honored as Ivy League Player of the Year three times, leading the first-ever NCAA Division-I Tournament upset of No. 16 seed Harvard agai by @allison_feaster
