A wonderful year as a RBS SA in London💙

So incredibly grateful to be part of this programme and that I get to travel to this wonderful school every weekend to be taught by the very best @royalballetschool @amber__doyle ✨

Thank you so much @tringpark_school for all your support 🤍

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Another year as a @royalballetschool Associate is officially in the books. @amber__doyle, thank you for bringing so much infectious energy and inspiration to class every week. Counting down to my final year as a Senior Associate this September. ⏱️✨

We also wrapped up a busy term at @tringpark_school with assessments, our Young Dancers Show, and Founders Day.

Swipe for the joyful chaos: theme park days, theatre trips, meeting my ballet heroes, kitten updates, and the ultimate reward—family time in sunny Cyprus. ☀️🇨🇾

Back to Year 11 at Tring, Saturdays at RBS, lots of dancing (obviously 🩰), friends, trains, rollercoasters, missing home, never enough FaceTimes with my cats 🐾, celebrating their 1st birthday 🎂, a very special photoshoot with Kate … and somewhere in between I turned 16 🥹✨

And apparently, Miss Louise and 8-year-old me already knew Feather Theme belonged in the soundtrack 🤍🩰

Pretty grateful for this little life of mine 💕

As summer comes to an end, one last look back at three wonderful weeks in Cyprus. 🇨🇾☀️🌊

So grateful for the sunshine, beautiful places, family time, 100s of cute cats and the chance to completely relax and recharge — with, of course, a little ballet along the way. 🩰🤍

The loveliest summer memories to take with me as I swap beach days for ballet days and head back to @tringpark_school for another year of training. 🥰🩰

White Lodge has always been the dream, so being back for my third intensive course felt incredibly special. With my Achilles still being a royal pain, though, it sometimes felt a little like being at Disneyland but not being allowed on any of the rides! 😂

I spent plenty of time with the amazing physio team—and an ice pack 🧊—and still couldn’t join in with pointe work. That was difficult, but I was so grateful to keep dancing in soft shoes, adapt, learn, enjoy everything I could and share such a special week with my lovely friends.

A huge thank you to @paulkay_ and all the wonderful teachers and physios at @royalballetschool for looking after me and making the week so memorable, and to @tringpark_school for all the training and support. 🤍

Finishing with a little time in central London—where my Royal Ballet School Senior Associate classes start again next week—made me even more excited for the year ahead.

It felt like the end of a very special chapter, as next summer I’ll be in the Upper School age group. White Lodge, you’ll always have a piece of my heart ✨

I had the most wonderful time at the @elmhurstballetschool Senior Summer Intensive—training with amazing teachers, meeting lovely dancers and taking away so much to bring back to my full-time training at @tringpark_school .

One of the highlights was being treated to watching some of the incredible dancers from @bhamroyalballet . Such an inspiring and special experience ✨

Unfortunately, an Achilles tendon sheath injury meant I couldn’t dance en pointe, which was difficult and definitely not how I imagined the intensive going. But I’m so grateful for everything I was still able to experience and learn. Sometimes progress means listening to your body, adapting and being patient—even when all you want to do is dance.

Swipe to the final photo to see how my recovery has been going—with the help of two very special heat packs… 🐈🐈‍⬛🤍

Thank you, Elmhurst and @robert_parker_elmhurst for such a memorable summer. Now to recover properly and come back stronger ✨

Ironically, finding time for RAD ballet exams while in full-time vocational ballet training is a massive puzzle. My Saturdays are completely taken up by Royal Ballet School Associate lessons and travel to London, so I couldn’t take my regular school RAD course.

Miss Keys completely saved the day. She prepped me in just a few lessons during my May holidays, and arriving back home from vacation this week to find this certificate with a 93% high distinction was the absolute best feeling ✨

Massive thank you to Miss Keys @mrsdonyakeys for your incredible coaching, and to my school @tringpark_school for always supporting me and letting me use my free time to make this happen!

Now that the GCSE mock tests are out of the way, I finally found some time to post about my wonderful stay @royalballetschool White Lodge Spring Intensive course last month ✨🩰

It was always a dream of mine to dance in these beautiful studios set in what looks like an enchanted forest, so I was over the moon to be invited back again and cannot wait to visit once more this coming summer for a final lower school intensive ☀️

I loved every class (especially learning Act 1 Giselle solo, with the notorious hops en pointe), and feel very grateful to have been taught by such inspiring teachers in a room filled with talented dancers from across the world 💖

Thank you to my amazing school @tringpark_school and Royal Ballet Senior Associate teachers for supporting me 🫶🏻

Thank you again @katefrostphotography for my application photos 📸

Two months late in posting this - because life is just so busy - but back in February I received the wonderful news that following my Royal Ballet School Senior Associate Assessment in January, I was offered another year at the RBS in London and have very gladly accepted my place for Year 11 in 2026-2027 ✨

I am so excited to be able to continue in this outstanding programme and incredibly grateful for the opportunity.

Thank you so much to everyone who supports me, including my wonderful school @tringpark_school and @royalballetschool associate teachers.

Photo taken at the RBS White Lodge during their amazing spring intensive earlier this month. (Will have to post about my time there soon, after a restful Easter break at home 💕)
