Mega+WELL Spotlight: meet Alli!🌟

Alli is an instructor at our Newport Beach location! She got certified at Mega + Well and started teaching about 5 months ago!🩵

She is also currently in school studying to become an ultrasound technician!

Favorite Lagree move: definitely a bear for a full body burn, I also love a front lunge!🙂‍↕️

Music she enjoys: I enjoy most types of music from country to classic rock, alternative, and a little bit of old pop

Zodiac sign: Sagittarius😛

Hobbies: Lagree as number 1! I love the outdoors, walking, fishing, wakeboarding, any kind of traveling, laying in the sun and sitting by the beach, and all time spent with my friends and family🫶🏻

Fun fact: My first time taking a Lagree class I walked in thinking I was doing Pilates, fell in love with it instantly then decided I wanted to teach it!

Catch her at our Newport Beach location every Monday at 8a, 9a, & 10a! 🤸🏼‍♂️ by @allisonerdelji
