It’s not about being the best. It’s about what dance teaches kids. It’s not too late to get involved this season @allisonsdanceacademy 🧑‍🩰#danceclass #dancestudio #siouxfallssd #kidsdanceclass #morethanjustgreatdancing by @allisonmporter_

One of the best parts of dance? The people you meet along the way. 🤍 by @allisonmporter_

20 years in business, and I’m still a student.

This weekend I’m in Nashville learning alongside dance studio owners from across the country. One thing I’ve learned over the past two decades is that if you want your business to keep growing, you have to keep growing first.

Every keynote, every workshop, and every conversation is an investment in becoming a better leader, a better studio owner, and a better mentor to our staff.

I’m excited to bring fresh ideas home as we celebrate 20 years of Allison’s Dance Academy.

20 years down. Still learning. Still growing. Still just getting started. 🤍✨ @allisonsdanceacademy by @allisonmporter_
