You may have noticed I don’t post many patterns here lately. Outside of work, I pretty much spend all of my free time crafting. I started cross stitching during the pandemic and it really took off from there. I want to try all the crafts. I had gotten so burnt out on design work. Crafting helps me still feel creative without having to sit in front of my computer all evening after work. I’ve even started sewing. Both by hand and on the machine. Definitely still a beginner with that but I’m very much enjoying it!

Did you know today is #nationalsewingmachineday? I’ve recently started sewing and it’s been so fun to be able to use my own fabrics to make something with! I’m still a beginner but am learning lots! Swipe to see some fabulous creations made with this print. It’s an oldie but a goodie!

Spring cleaning time! I have just a few of these washi rolls left. If you’d like one send me a message! I’m marking them down to $4 + $3 for shipping. I don’t plan on making these again so once they’re gone they’re gone!

Todays @byhappyal #createwithal challenge prompt is #umbrellas. We had a few rain showers but now we’re expected to get a round of snow! Seriously…when will it actually feel like spring!

So I don’t have an entirely new image for todays @byhapppyal #createwithal spring challenge. Todays prompt is #cheerful. I’m revisiting this old floral pattern instead. I always thought it was very happy and cheerful!

Todays @byhapppyal #createwithal challenge prompt is sunshine! I admit I don’t get out and enjoy the sunshine as much as I should. I stay inside too much!

Prompt two in the @byhapppyal #createwithal challenge is bees. I’m terrified of bees (or any bug in general)…but they are fun to draw!

Happy March! Here’s a simple spring floral pattern for the first @byhapppyal #createwithal spring challenge prompt! Speaking of spring…can it please get here already?! We just got out of a freeze and I could really use some warmer weather!

Happy Valentine’s Day! The last prompt in the @byhapppyal #createwithal challenge is I Love You. I admit I was a little unsure of what to do with this prompt but after brainstorming with a friend I came up with these valentine donuts that spell out a little message!

I have a simple bow and arrow pattern for day 3 of the @byhapppyal #createwithal challenge! There’s only two more prompts left before #valentinesday! I’ve been enjoying this challenge so much!
