I've had 24 hours to reflect on yesterday πŸ™ƒ, so here it goes πŸ€ͺ! . MOTORCITY MONSTERS IV 2026 πŸ‘»- Completed βœ…οΈ . This was my second time competing in this event, and second time with a first place trophy πŸ†! Although, this year I was a lone ranger in my weight class.. the "win" was still well earned 😊! . This training block was HARD ya'll πŸ˜…... BUT I pushed myself mentally and physically each session knowing it would be worth it. I am SO unbelievably proud of myself for giving this training/competition everything I had and more 🫑!! . Watching back all these videos...I am overwhelmed with gratitude. I can hear ALL my friends, peers, and spectators cheering me on πŸ₯Ή. My heart is so full from yesterday, I cannot even begin to express my thanks to you all! Every.. "you got this", "keep going", "you ain't done yet"... was heard and helped more than you know πŸ’ͺ!! . Special thank you πŸ₯°: My amazing coach @mai_fit_1 , for believing in my potential when I could not see it for myself. You get my head out of the clouds and tell me the hard things I need to hear, and push me to be a better athelete. I am excited to see what more I can learn and accomplish with you in my corner πŸ™Œ! ** more thank you's in side deck 🀣 Events: 1) Farmers Carry into Sandstone Carry- 27.75 seconds/100ft. I tripped on the dang mats πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ, but still good time. ** my husbands cheers πŸ₯°, God I love him. @chuckd636 2) Mammoth Bar Max Deadlift 3x attempts- 272,292,312lbs 312lb max.... 🀯!!! HUGE PR, and I feel like a badass 😎! . @stronglikelex cheering me on 😁 3) Log Clean & Press @ 110lbs- 2 Reps I had a little issue getting dizzy when I was looking at the sky, but I still got 2 reps which I am VERY proud of. . @ksorini keeping my head in the game 🫑 and @frankenfleshparadise being a great spotter/cheerleader 🀣 4) Yoke Walk @ 365lbs 🫠- 50 ft in 60 seconds. I am equally as proud of this, seeing as this way my weakest event...365lbs on 132lb frame is literally no beuno 🀣. 5) Sandstone to Shoulder @ 125lbs- 4 Reps Seeing as how I only got 3 Reps in training, I am very happy with this!! My ride or die bestie. Words cannot even express my love for you and how much you mean to me. You ke by @allisonxlynnx
USS Iowa Nationals 2026 πŸ“ΈπŸ’ͺ . These are some badass shots, and my signature mean-mug face never fails to show up 🀣! . I look strong in these pictures, and it makes me really emotional seeing them.. because sometimes it is hard to feel strong in that moment. I am so proud of myself for this competition, and now these memories will last forever ❀️! . Thank you @autistically_b_photography by @allisonxlynnx
Well, I did it 🫠πŸ₯΅! Zion Half Marathon!! . I finished with a 16 Pace, which I am VERY proud of, considering all the stopping to take pictures/videos, the insane terrain, and stopping @ aid stations 😳!! . It was more difficult than I thought it would be 😬, with all the scrambling over boulders and inclines, but honestly... it was the most breathtaking experience I have ever had in nature 😍!! The views were out of this world! Every runner was SO motivating, and the volunteers were amazing! Excited to plan the next destination race 🏁! . A huge thank you to my Husband, Hunter, and my Aunt and Uncle for coming on this trip, the energy you all brought during the race meant the world to me ❀️! . Also, I cannot believe how many texts and messages I got rooting me on, and wishing me luck today! Thank you soooo much everyone, it helped me get through the race πŸ’ͺ, especially the really hard parts!! . My runner heart is happy today πŸ’“! Grateful to be alive, and for this body that got me across that finish line! . #girlswhorun #zionnationalpark #runningisntcancelled #loveyourlife #finished by @allisonxlynnx

My 3rd MammothMarch 20 mile hike is complete βœ…οΈ, Cuyahoga Valley 2026 πŸ₯°! . What a crazy day it was πŸ€ͺ!! The weather app changed daily, so I wasn't exactly sure what to expect throughout the hike. But we were fortunate enough to have a few rain breaks midday, which helped with moral and overheating in a cheap Amazon rain jacket 🀣. . My body held up pretty well despite the ridiculous amount of stairs, steep inclines, rocks, roots, water crossings and MUD holes πŸ˜†. I fueled really well throughout the day, and hydrated myself properly which helped combat muscle seizing 🫠. . I am proud of myself for keeping this hike efficient, and planning every step of the day-literally. Hiking this terrain when its raining can be quite dangerous... (I watched a women walk off the trail with a broken arm 😳), so I knew I had to stay steady. Trail running has given me some good ankles πŸ™Œ, thank goodness. The weather was also mild enough for the rain to be enjoyable and pretty, so that was really nice πŸ’™. Wet mossy logs = 😍. . Excited for next year's hike, where ever I chose to do it 🫑. . HUGE thank you to all my friends, my coach, my hubbs and my family for sending texts/messages, making posts, following my live tracker and being in my corner during these crazy adventures I have πŸ€ͺ. I love you all more than you know!! . #hikethatshit #girlslovenature #womenwhohike #beyourself #lovelife by @allisonxlynnx

I am still in shock that I managed to lift this amount of weight today.. considering they are big PR's for me.. but I did it y'all 😁!! SO proud of myself. .
