This summer I was given the opportunity to lead 6 different Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction exercises over the course of 6 weeks at RSN in Hermosa Beach. I’m so grateful for to @mcmaster.peace and @indivisible_arts for supporting me in making my dreams come true 🙏💜🦋

Excited to be attending my first State of the Art fundraiser tomorrow night in Hermosa Beach. A block party for all ages!

And honored to be part of an organization that's providing mental health tools for our youth, with a mission to inspire 1 million conscious minds.

Great article in @easyreadernews describing all that we have in store for attendees!

Attention South Bay friends 💫

The Fundamental Life Tools program—an amazing 7-week course designed to support greater mental and emotional balance—is starting again on April 14th.

This class gave me practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with more ease, clarity, and grace. The tools and wisdom behind them are simple, powerful, and truly supportive.

Beyond the tools, it’s also a beautiful, heart-centered community to be part of 🩵. And @mcmaster.peace is a masterful teacher 🙏

If you’ve been feeling called to deepen your inner foundation, I highly recommend it.
