This is what elite looks like.

Our coaches don’t just train clients, they train themselves, together.

Pushing limits. Sharing knowledge. Raising standards.

This week the team took over to @fivepalmjumeirah @moveatfive for a full squad workout, and the energy was unreal.

Behind every great transformation is a coach who lives the lifestyle.

Behind every great coach is a powerful team.

From a busy gym owner in the UK to living the dream in Dubai. 🇦🇪

10 years ago, @allister_mcmaster took a leap of faith, leaving behind everything he knew to build a new life and career in Dubai.

Fast forward to today, he’s coaching over 200 PT sessions a month, living the lifestyle he once dreamed of and helping build something bigger than himself.

Now, through Fit Squad, his mission is to help the next generation of PTs make that same leap, with the support, guidance and opportunities to succeed in Dubai.

He took the leap. Now he’s helping others do the same. 🚀

Do you want to follow in his footsteps?
