Happy Summer Solstice! 🌞
I felt called to share this precious memory I will forever cherish from a time where my life force energy was at its PEAK 🌟
Celebrating my ReBirthday and receiving the greatest gift I could’ve gotten from this magical week @ envision music festival.
The way this blessing came about was pure divine orchestration.
Thank you @kshani_ka for seeing me in my pure essence and bridging this opportunity for me ❤️‍🔥
Thank you to my #1 Supporter this whole week @_ariannasuarez_ for encouraging me and making me feel so seen and held, and for capturing this moment with the STEADY hands!!

I look back and am always reminded of the immense light I embody and always have access to within my reservoir. Fiercely and Fearlessly I stepped foot on this stage to claim a dream I’ve had since childhood. Dancing on the biggest and baddest stage of my life. Saluting the rising sun behind me. ☀️ My dance is my prayer.

This is the type of energy I’ve been embodying and will continue to amplify all throughout this summer.

I noticed I don’t share much of my fireflow and lately I haven’t been practicing as much but I’d like to share a video I’ve kept in the vaults for some time.. I had to keep the original Audio cause the commentary is everything 😂

This was taken 1yr ago from one of my favorite camping trips to date

Thankful for every single person I crossed paths with. Wether we shared a silly dance, contact improv, a frolic throughout the dance floor , a heart to heart, smile, hug or simply just eye contact of acknowledgment.
You helped make this experience BEYOND special and magical.

A big shout out to all the hands, minds and hearts that came together to co-create and build this beautiful festival to what it was.

Lastly I give thanks to the land. Pachamama for holding us and all the beings that have walked before us and paved the way for us to enjoy these fruits ✨🕊️

DAY 111 ✨🥳

I REACHED MY GOAL DAY!!

Honestly time has been FLYING I didn’t think I’d get here so fast 😅
After the first month it was smooth sailing, as the days went on I felt like my “Why” got stronger and I couldn’t turn back.

I am truly so proud of myself.

I love my health and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to strengthen my will power each day.

Now that I’m here…I don’t think I’ll ever go back to consuming the way I used to.

I have a deeper respect for myself and the sacred plants I choose to connect with.

I’ll be more intentional and I’ll listen to my body.

This was more than reshaping a relationship with cannabis… it was really a reshaping of the relationship with myself.

I’m coming out wiser and stronger and I recognize that’s the gift of Discipline. 💚

You’d usually catch me dancing in the back corner of the party, far away from any cypher.

I started dancing in the living room and always felt safest where I wasn’t seen.

The last few years of my life I’ve learned so much about myself and facing my fears.

Dropping into my body and surrendering to the music.

@descendants.rec has never ceased to cultivate a sonic experience where I wasn’t leaving my body on the dance floor.

The supportive energy throughout the space truly is one of a kind and something I’m extremely grateful for to have in NYC.

It’s allowed me to live louder and connect deeper in and outside of it.

I wouldn’t express myself in this way if it wasn’t for the countless people that have inspired me from sharing themselves.

We are all so amazing and beautiful when we shine together. 🌟

I’m grateful to those that continue to hold and support the container.

Shine your light and move in a way that feels good to YOU, cause it can liberate you or someone else who may need it 💖

Every Day Is A Choice.

The most humbling thing I’ve done in times where I “fell off” is choose to begin again.

In this moment.
Right Now.
Immediately.

I’ve been really hard on myself at times where I’m consistent for a while on a goal and then a weekend of leisure sets me back almost a month.

Constantly hitting a plateu.
Having to start over and regretting not just sticking to it.
Accountability is a mf.
But the only person that can own that and take the next step is “you”.

Going back to the basics helps me a lot.
Drink more water.
Eat foods that fuel me.
Move my body daily.

They say nothing changes if nothing changes.
So especially when I grow tired of playing myself.

I take ownership of my mistakes. My setbacks.

I forgive myself for not prioritizing myself.

I forgive myself for becoming distracted.

I forgive myself for making excuses.

I’m learning that it’s all a part of the process.
Sometimes a little detour is necessary to show you why the path was important in the first place.

I choose to think differently today therefore I move differently today.

I choose to Trust in the process.
Again and again.

If you’re in a similar place. I See you and wish you strength to take that next step.

Made this the other day and thought it’d be time to share

I’ve absolutely fell off the daily clips but I tried to get what I can when I remembered 😅

Funny thing is, Today marks DAY 88 of my T-Break and I’m in a humbling place where I’m having to look in the mirror a lot and accept some of my habits and patterns or things that I used to blame on weed really was just me.

I’m proud of how far I’m coming and will continue to strive to prioritize my health in other ways to be of a sounder Mind, body and spirit. 🤎
