Our teacher, Laila, is taking the practice to the Moroccan coast.

Six days at Allma, a house on a cliffside where the mountains drop into the Atlantic. Mornings on the mat. Afternoons for workshops to dive deeper into asanas: inversions, backbends, arm balances. With the alignment work and drills to actually move into them safely. Then restore your body and soul with yin practices and subconscious reprogramming.

Between it all: surf, ocean, pool, home-cooked Moroccan food, and enough space to do connect with yourself and each other.

Je ne sais pas si ça se voit, mais j’ai le blues de fin de retraite.

Une semaine à surfer, pratiquer le yoga, méditer, manger, chanter (Céline 👑) et rire beaucoup.

Voir huit femmes qui ne se connaissaient pas devenir un groupe, s’encourager dans les vagues, se raconter leur vie à table et repartir avec quelque chose en plus, ça me touche à chaque fois ❤️‍🔥

Join us for 6 days and 5 nights of beginner friendly surf, grounding yoga, slow days, shared stories, and meals made with love in our family kitchen.
