☝🏾 Men RARELY receive Affirmation, Appreciation, Compliments, Support or Even a simple "Thank You".
.
Men have Thoughts, Feelings, and Emotions that they do not always show or express but are certainly within.
.
Believe it or not, Men need Validation.
And, Men need to feel the inner joy that comes from being told how much they matter. ( ** NOT ONLY BASED OFF WHAT THEY PROVIDE ** ).
.
The significance and value in these words are Uplifting, Powerful and Golden to a man. ❤️🙏🏾💯

As we navigate through our life journey,
WE OBTAIN UNDERSTANDING OF SELF through
trial and error, growth, experience and maturity,
aka "The Process".
We constantly shed layers of identification.

The Foundations of Self-Love:
• Self-Discovery
• Mental Health
• Self-Acceptance
• Boundaries
• Inner voice
• Self-Care

Self-Discovery is a never ending practice.

Self-Love is the unconditional love and respect that you have for yourself.

Respect, Love, and Value yourself.
You are Important.
