Every business has its issues. Even advertising companies battle to advertise themselves, sales training firms battle to sell, accounting firms battle with their own books & so on. Business is complex & run by fallible, unpredictable human beings, which ensures it's always hard. by @allonraiz

I have come to realise that entrepreneurs are way tougher than they think they are in their moment of crisis. They can endure huge amounts of mental pain for long periods of time. Slowly, they untangle the knot. Eventually they rebound. by @allonraiz

If you battle to make tough decisions and kick the can forward, the economics in your business will eventually always land up forcing you to make even tougher decisions, often with even higher emotional and personal costs. Make tough decisions as early as possible. by @allonraiz
