HAPPY THANKSGIVING 🍁

Here is what I am actually THANKFUL for this year. And it is not the wins.

I am thankful for the version of me who walked away from a safe career trajectory and had NO idea what came next. Scared. Unsure. Did it anyway.

I am thankful for the nights I sat down to do my MBA coursework while life was still happening around me. Messy days. Tired days.

I am thankful for the seasons that knocked me flat, because every single one taught me how to get back up.

I am thankful for the people who stayed on the days I did not have it figured out. The ones who loved me unconditionally through every season.

And I am thankful that I am still learning. Still growing. Still building a life I do not have to hide from.

For the last month straight, I showed up almost every single day. Reformer Pilates. Yoga. Walking. No perfect plan. Just a routine I built and kept choosing.

And I am the healthiest I have ever been.

I used to get sick every single season. The second life got heavy, my body was the first thing to tap out. Now my immune system feels strong and my resilience to workload is stronger than it has ever been.

Here is what I finally understand: you are allowed to have heavy seasons AND slow seasons.

Heavy seasons are for pushing. Slow seasons are for rebuilding. Neither one means you are doing life wrong.

Slow does not mean behind. Slow is when your body resets and gets ready for the next big push.

So if you are in a quiet stretch right now, stop apologizing for it. If you are in a heavy one, build the routine that keeps you standing.

Some goals are not about producing more. Some goals are about becoming someone who can hold more.
