My Football Legacy 🏈

Football has been a major part of my life for decades. I spent 8 years playing professional football as a Running Back, including my time with the WFA DC Divas. Eventually, the game took me from being a player to becoming a coach—and I’ve never looked back.

I’ve spent 10+ years coaching and developing Running Backs across youth, collegiate, and professional football, from Virginia youth football and George Mason University to the DC Divas and the WNFC Washington Prodigy.

Today, I’m proud to continue that journey as an RB Coach with the WNFC Washington Prodigy and as a Girls Flag Football Coach at Surrattsville High School.

Playing taught me how to compete. Coaching taught me how to build.

I may have stepped away from the field as a player, but I never stepped away from the game.

Former RB. Current Coach. Always a student of the game. 🏈🔥
