Most guys know the term “low T.” Almost no one can tell you what TRT actually is, what’s involved, or what the alternative is.

Our GM Drew (Fargo) walks through it in about 90 seconds — what testosterone replacement therapy is, who it’s usually for, and the part most people miss: there are two paths. Traditional TRT (testosterone) is one. The other is enclomiphene, which stimulates your body to produce more of its own testosterone instead of replacing it from outside. Different mechanisms, different fits.

Which one (if either) makes sense for any person is the licensed clinician’s call after they review the intake and a full lab panel. Not everyone qualifies, and that’s how it should be.
