“I grew up dancing. I started dancing ballet as soon as I could walk. My mom owned a Royal Academy of Dance registered dance studio in Veracruz, Mexico called ‘Danzart’. I quickly found a passion for dance. When I moved to Miami, I found a passion for musical theatre at Area Stage Company. Musical Theatre allowed me to express myself in the three different things I love most: singing, dancing, and acting. As I spent more time at the conservatory, I discovered their Inclusion Theatre Project; a program for actors with special abilities. I started volunteering and forming a relationship with the students since I was in fifth grade. I volunteered as a partner actress in musicals such as Aladdin Jr., The Little Mermaid Jr., and Suessical Jr.(coming up soon!). I also volunteered in many of their community events and attended many rehearsals. As I grew up, I wanted to find a way to give back to the theatre and community that raised me, and the students that never fail to bring a smile to my face. I wanted to create something that would be a full circle moment for me; so I decided to make this project involving ballet (the first exposure to the arts I ever had) and the Inclusion Theatre Project students (in a company that raised me theatrically). My mom is a Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) registered teacher, and I have looked up to her as long as I could remember. The RAD offers ballet exams and certificates to those who study their curriculum. My mission is to expand ballet training to students with special abilities, and allow them to earn their RAD international ballet certificate. In this project, I will be mentored by RAD registered teachers throughout. So, I made this project because I believe everyone deserves the chance to express themselves in the arts, and I believe that everyone can be a star! To showcase everything our students have learned, we will be doing outreach cabarets with our students. RAD CEREMONY 🌟🩰♥️

On Saturday April 18th, 2026, our ITP RAD ballet students received their RAD award and diploma at Area Stage✨ 🤩

This is a milestone and a huge achievement for their hard work! 🎖️

Together, we break barriers; dance is for EVERYONE! 🩰✨

RAD Exams 2025 ♥️🌟🩰

On December 7th, 2025, our students had the opportunity to complete the ROYAL ACADEMY OF DANCE ballet exams!

We are very proud with everything they were able to accomplish and all their hard work showed through their dance! 🩰🌟
