I’m constantly hovering between 2 and 3. More often than not, I’m stuck at 2.

Went for a sound bath yesterday evening with close friends. My first experience with one was 3 years ago at Boom Festival, in an outdoor setting near nature. It was amazing and something I remember till today. This was my second one in an indoor setting - it’s very different but I still enjoyed it! by @allthespace_between

Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about identity, perception and change.

I became really drawn to the Japanese concept of間(ma) - the idea of a negative space, of the intentional, considered space between things, of the pause before becoming, of the space between.

We are not an identity, a definition or our past. And not yet our future. And that means that we are never truly stuck.

And so, every single moment is a space for intention, for alignment, for choice, for creation and for becoming.

Our obsession for speed, for more, and to keep filling things up creates so much noise and anxiety.

This is a place to remember the power and potential of allowing and creating space to figure things out, to flow and to receive. by @allthespace_between
