Spent our Sunday afternoon on a hike to the “wave cave” on superstition mountain. Then on the way home we watched the most amazing full moonrise over the superstitions. God is good! by @allthingskelleykaylan

When you travel for work as much as I do, you learn to slow down and be present in the little moments of gratitude. On my first flight of this long haul today, I was journaling with Ben Fuller playing in my headphones when I turned my head toward the window… and this is what I saw. ✨

The pure beauty of being above the clouds at this time of day. A reminder that even in the hustle, there’s always space for peace, gratitude, and perspective.

The habit I used to hate… but now can’t live without.

Wrote my journal on the plane today. ✈️

I started about 10 years ago when @vancewilliams530 told me to write three pages a day—and that I could even throw it away after if I wanted.

At first, I dreaded the time, thinking it took away from my gym time.

Now, it’s my favorite way to set my day, clear my mind, and focus my energy.

Some habits give back far more than they take. 🖊✨

This gym is part of my neighborhood—and it’s one of the reasons I bought my home 7 years ago.

15 minutes from the airport.
Workout done by 4:00 AM.

Today I have an early flight, and my main gym doesn’t open until 4. The 24-hour one I belong to would cost me 20 extra minutes round trip.

18?! How is my baby officially an adult? 🩷 From the time she was little, she’s had big goals, a plan for everything, and a heart that runs so deep. She’s full of life, amazing, thoughtful, and unstoppable—and I couldn’t be prouder of the extraordinary young woman she’s become.
