BTS of the grind. I wouldn’t dare say it was easy, neither was it a quick process. In fact it was extremely lonely; but long suffering was what I needed to build my character, and my integrity—so definitely worth the reward in the end. The best investment you can make is in YOU, so understand that you ARE WORTH IT! #MarchChallenge #DTTB by @allthingsneysa
To know me is to know that I joke a lot but I DO NOT play about God, the people of God, or the business of God! Beauty in the Brokenness 🥀, is a women’s fellowship & conversation series that offers a SAFE, honest, and judgement free faith based environment. This event is FREE, FREE, FREE! 😇 (We do ask that you RSVP so that we have a proper head count for food and gifts!) If you would like further details please send me a dm, and I will gladly send you over the information. Feel free to like, comment, and share 🫶🏿🤎 by @allthingsneysa
🥹🤎 It’s funny how life, purpose, and passion can evolve in ways you didn’t expect! I know I previously shared that I was stepping away from braiding, and while my vision for the brand has grown and shifted, my love for the craft is still here. 🩷✨ Sometimes evolution doesn’t mean leaving everything behind; sometimes it means making room for what’s next while still honoring what got you here. So, if you see me posting braids, promoting appointments, or sharing my work, YES, BOOKS ARE OPEN! 🤎 And if you’re new here, you’re absolutely welcome! 🫶🏽 This isn’t the old Neysa coming back… it’s an EVOLVED Neysa with a bigger vision for her brand. 🙌🏿 I’m growing, learning, expanding, and building something that reflects every part of the woman and entrepreneur I’m becoming. And I’m excited to bring y’all along for the journey! ✨ Now accepting appointments for: 🤎 Braiding 🤎 Microloc reties 🤎 Microloc installs & extensions And while we’re here, I want to hear from YOU! 👇🏽 What matters most to you when choosing a braider or Microloc Loctician? Is it healthy hair practices, clean parts, consistency, education, convenience, a luxury experience, or simply finding someone you can trust with your hair? Drop it in the comments! 💬 because YOUR feedback matters TO ME, and I’d love to know what you’re looking for as I continue shaping the next chapter of this brand. #HairByNeysa #Microlocs #KansasCityBraider #microlocextensions #kcbraider by @allthingsneysa

Better with time 😮‍💨🍷 by @allthingsneysa
Today is my great-grandpa’s birthday, and I can’t help but think about how some things really do run in the family. 🥹❤️ I come from a FAMILY full of steppers… LITERALLY. 😂🕺🏾 I haven’t been on the dance floor in YEARS, but last night I got the pleasure of stepping with one of my older cousins, and whew… it felt like HOME. It’s something about being surrounded by your people, carrying on traditions, and realizing that even as life changes, some parts of you never leave. The rhythm. The footwork. The memories. THE LEGACY. ❤️ Now that I’m older— everything reminds me of my grandparents .. You may not realize just how much of you lives on in the things we do. 🕊️🥹 If you know my family; we’re either line dancing or two stepping 💯🫶🏿❤️ P.S this is AI I only go to the gym 😂😂 #FamilyLegacy #FamilyTraditions #Steppers #BlackFamilyCulture #CoreMemories by @allthingsneysa
🥣 STEAL MY BOWL — because this one has a HOLD on me 😮‍💨😝 426 CALORIES • 37G PROTEIN 💪🏾 Here’s the breakdown 👇🏾 ✨ The bowl: 316 cal | 17g protein | 24g carbs | 16g fat 🍗 + 3 oz grilled chicken breast from Sam’s Club: brings the whole meal to 426 calories + 37g protein Build your bowl: • 1 serving @lovemysilk Vanilla Protein Yogurt • 1/2 serving fresh blueberries 🫐 • 1.5 tbsp protein granola • ¼ cup frozen fruit — GAME CHANGER. Thank me later! 🤌🏾 • 1 tbsp cookie butter — at your own risk 🤫🤤 • 3 oz grilled chicken breast on the side And before anybody comes for me 😂 — this fits into MY daily macros. Your numbers may be different, so adjust the portions or ingredients to fit your own goals. Now tell me… what are you putting in YOUR bowl, or what would you sub out? 👀👇🏾 Because baby… this one is staying in rotation. 😮‍💨 #capcut #proteinbowl #biscoff #yogurtbowl #dairyfree by @allthingsneysa
I FOUND A DAIRY-FREE YOGURT THAT’S ACTUALLY CREAMY?! 👀🤎 Okay Silk… because why is this vanilla protein yogurt giving everything it needed to give?! I grabbed this from Target for a quick protein snack, and let me tell you: the texture is NICE. Creamy. Rich in flavor. And unlike other dairy-free protein yogurts I’ve tried, this one is not watery. 🙌🏽 At 150 calories and 13g of protein, it’s a great option to add to your high-protein routine, especially if you’re dairy-free or living that plant-based lifestyle. And of course, I had to turn it into one of my new staple protein bowls. Breakfast? Midnight snack? We’re not judging over here. 😂 Want me to show you exactly what I put in my protein bowl? Comment PROTEIN BOWL below! 👇🏽 Have you tried Silk Vanilla Protein Yogurt yet? What’s your favorite dairy-free protein snack? #complimentary #SilkProtein #NewSilkProtein #PlantBasedProtein #HighProteinSnacks by @allthingsneysa
One thing about me… I LOVE my own cooking 😂🤎 I haven’t been posting as much food content lately, but this is exactly the kind of meal I’ve been keeping in rotation while I focus on the fundamentals: 💪🏽 More protein 💧 Staying hydrated 😴 Getting more sleep 🥗 Eating balanced meals 🏋🏽‍♀️ Building muscle 📈 And most importantly… CONSISTENCY This quick lunch has 54G of protein, 6 net carbs, and comes in right under 450 calories — making it an easy option when I’m trying to hit my protein goals without spending forever in the kitchen. And the star of the show? 👀 The @eatroyo Everything Bagel — high-protein, low-carb and dairy-free. Perfect for turning a simple sandwich into something that actually helps me reach my goals. I know y’all originally found me through my high-protein weight-loss recipes, so tell me… DO WE NEED TO BRING THE FOOD CONTENT BACK?! 👀 Comment FOOD 🍽️ if you want more meal prep + high-protein recipes or FITNESS 🏋🏽‍♀️ if you want more workouts, fitness and body-recomp content. When I’m with my friends— we know how to party 🤞🏿 😉 (iykyk) Some moments are too special to experience through a screen. 🤎✨ Getting to see artists who have been on my bucket list, singing every lyric with my friends, sharing good food, a few drinks, and plenty of laughs… this was one of those nights I knew I wanted to fully live in. Life isn’t always easy, and this season has stretched me in more ways than one. But nights like these remind me that joy still finds you. Sometimes it’s found in music, in friendship, in dressing up, feeling beautiful, and making memories that don’t need perfect footage to be meaningful. Here’s to checking off bucket-list experiences, embracing the people who show up for you, and remembering to put the phone down every once in a while. The content can wait—these moments can’t. 💛 What artist on your bucket list are you hoping to see one day? 🎤👇 #LiveInTheMoment #BucketListConcert #ConcertRecap #MakingMemories #GirlsNightOut by @allthingsneysa
✨ GRWM: Concert Edition 🎤💕 This was my second time trying the pipe cleaner curl method on my microlocs, and I think I’m officially hooked! 😍 I wanted soft, bouncy curls that would last through a full concert night, and these did not disappoint. From wrapping each loc, to the takedown, to the final reveal… this has quickly become one of my favorite heat-free styling methods. As a creator, I love sharing products and routines that actually fit into real life. As a loctician, I love showing my clients just how versatile microlocs can be. 💛 Would you try pipe cleaner curls on your locs? Drop a 💛 if you love the final look! ✨ Save this for your next special occasion. ✨ Share with your favorite loc girl. ✨ Follow for microloc tips, beauty content, and realistic lifestyle reviews. #Microlocs #MicrolocStyles #PipeCleanerCurls #usherraymond #chrisbrownoffical by @allthingsneysa
