POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

All smiles in the forest this weekend — and my heart is still full! 🥰

Thank you for the love, the support, and the sweet trust in what I create. To witness so many of you choosing natural, herbal, clean, Earth (and body) honoring care… it’s humbling, powerful, and deeply moving.

You reminded me just how much impact one small, intentional choice can make.

From the @jmfnaturalareas forest floor to the roots of my being — thank you for showing up. For yourself. For your families. For the Earth. For the collective. I appreciate you.

In the rush of life, a pause is a powerful tool. It allows us to step back, observe and choose our response with wisdom.

Can you surrender to this pause and allow the sounds to embrace you?

Allow yourself a Sacred Pause. A precious moment of deep relaxation and healing. You really deserve it.

I’ve been reflecting on our Fall Equinox sound bath...💓 It was my first public event back since becoming a mom, and honestly, I was tired and nervous, but also excited, grateful, and happy.

The equinox brought something up for me: balance doesn’t have to mean everything feels equal or still. We can feel exhausted and excited. Anxious and hopeful. Sad and happy. We can show up with all of it and be welcomed just as we are. Held just as we are.

Our time together felt raw and real and I’m veryyy grateful for the space we created. Thank you for coming and for welcoming me back as I am now.

And, Thank you always to @eternity_wellness for the beautiful community room.
❤️

Last week’s sound bath @purrfectdaycafelou was such a gentle, joyful space. The rain poured, the room softened, and we shared it with curious kitties. Soft paws curling up on laps, exploring instruments as their own, and even pawsing to draw an inspirational card.

A reminder that healing doesn’t have to be serious. 🙏🏽

We have another one coming up in September—stay tuned!

Is this not the most heart warming yet soul calming sound ever?🥹

The @purrfectdaycafelou hosted a sound bath with @alltreeroots and it was the perfect event! The rain and thunder just so happened to be paid actors 🤣

This was a great chance to restore my inner self, take a moment to breathe, and of course enjoy the kitten snuggles 🥹🥹

@purrfectdaycafelou seriously has some of the BEST events! You’ll have to go check them out!! It’s a great way to have fun and socialize with the cats while they wait for their furever home🥹🫶🏽 I mean hey- you might just even come home with one 😉

I will definitely be back for the next sound bath with @alltreeroots , I can’t wait😻

Started their annual guys’ trip with a summer solstice sound bath on the land!

They gather every year, committed to friendship and connection. The important things that aren’t things at all… it was so beautiful to witness the intentional time they devoted to themselves, the season, and each other. 🙏🏽

We need more of these moments of devotion and slowness… now more than ever.

When the healing frequencies are just too irresistible…
This little one found their way right into the crystal bowl. 😸

Join us on August 5 for a purrfectly cozy and calming sound bath, held in the cat lounge at @purrfectdaycafelou — where you’ll be surrounded by the soothing presence of adoptable feline friends.

Together, we’ll slow down, settle in, and reconnect with the deeper rhythms beneath the noise of everyday life.

You’ll be guided through:
- A gentle meditation and intention-setting practice
- A 45-minute immersive sound journey featuring crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and more
- Quiet reflection and rest — held in a peaceful space filled with cats and calm
- A welcoming, judgment-free environment for all experience levels

Everything in the universe vibrates — our thoughts, our emotions, our bodies. And when life throws us off balance, sound can help guide us home. This experience invites you into a higher frequency — one of clarity, restoration, and inner stillness.

🗓️ August 5, 2025
⏰ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
🎟️ $65 per person
📍 Held in the cat lounge | Ages 16+
🧘‍♀️ Bring a yoga mat or borrow one at the café. Blankets, pillows, and eye masks are encouraged for deeper comfort.
*please arrive 5-10 mins early

Space is limited and tends to fill quickly — reserve your spot (link in bio) and let the kitties hold space for your rest.

Sacred stillness. Soft sun. Held by the water and the trees.

A glimpse into a recent sound bath in the pool — a beautiful reminder of what becomes possible when we slow down.
When we pause the rushing.
When we allow ourselves to do absolutely nothing. To rest. Without the guilt.

We breathed together. Floated in silence.
Let the sound ripple through the water and into our bodies — amplifying the healing in every cell.

This is your invitation to rest.
To soften out of fight-or-flight.
To return to rest and digest — in nature, in community, in deep peace.

Stop. The. Doing.
Let yourself just be.
