THE ADA EME 👑💕

I had the privilege of being part of @ada_eme beautiful birthday shoot , alongside some incredibly talented creatives. From the vision to the little details, the energy and the moments in between, it was such a beautiful experience to document.

There’s something special about being behind my iPhone and getting to capture people in moments they’ll want to remember for years to come

“Immanuel Pink,” as she fondly calls me, “it’s that time of the year again.”

That was Ada’s message.

Then came the moodboard.

I took a deep breath first—because if you know Ada, you know she has a special way of turning a simple photoshoot into an assignment. 😂

I tried to run.

She called back.

“Immanuel, I’m coming for my shoot tomorrow With @allurebyvera as my makeup artist and the Super Talented Smart @infoworldcharming my stylist “

And honestly, I wasn’t ready at all.

There was barely enough time to overthink the concept, let alone bring it all together. But then I remembered something my friend @streetically always says:

“Do it even if you’re not ready.”

So we did.

And somehow, in the middle of the pressure, the ideas, the uncertainty and the process, we created something beautiful.

Eight years.

Eight years of photographing Ada. Of watching her evolve, watching myself evolve, and growing together through the years.

That’s the part of photography I cherish the most—not just creating beautiful images, but having the privilege of documenting people through different chapters of their lives.

Ada, thank you for eight years of trust, friendship and allowing me to tell a little piece of your story through my lens.

Here’s to many more years, many more chapters, and many more photographs that will remind us of who we were along the way.

Woman in Bloom

She arrived in deep wine,
where light met every movement and the dress seemed to speak for itself.

The embellishment begins quietly at the bodice, then gathers as it falls — becoming fuller, bolder, almost like petals scattered by the wind.

The red flower was chosen as an extension of the gown rather than a separate accessory.

Placed into the hair, it introduces an organic element against the precision of the sequins and embellishment. The contrast gives the look a slightly nostalgic, romantic quality — almost like a woman stepping out of an old cinematic love story, but interpreted through a modern BLEUE lens.

The flower is part of the story.

A little romance.
A little drama.
A woman entirely in her element.

For dinner, for dancing, for somewhere worth dressing up for.
