I'm Shannon, Creator of All Ways Evolve.

Over the years, I've come to believe that the wisdom we seek is often much closer than we realize. Beneath the noise, the expectations, and the stories we've collected along the way, there is a deeper knowing already present within each of us.

Again and again, I have the privilege of witnessing people reconnect with that part of themselves, their inner wisdom, their truth, their possibility.

What continues to amaze me is that this guidance is always there. We don't have to create it. We simply learn to listen.

Whether through conversation, reflection, energy work, sound healing, or sacred space, my intention is to help people remember who they are and reconnect with the wisdom that has been within them all along.

Our studio doors will also be open from 5–8 PM, just a short walk west on Pepper Place.

This has always been my favorite time of year.

There’s something about fall that feels like home to me.

Maybe it’s the changing light. The days getting a little shorter. The sense that things are beginning to settle.

And I love what the equinox marks, a moment when light and dark come into balance.

There’s an ease in that for me.

A reminder that we need both. That neither one needs to win.

Maybe that’s why fall feels so grounding to me.

I feel more present for my own life.

Balm for Your Soul
A Healers’ Community Gathering 🪷

Join us Sunday, September 20 from 10:30–11:30 AM for an hour created simply to receive.

Once a month, healers and practitioners come together at Upward Light to offer their gifts to our community. Each gathering unfolds a little differently and may include Reiki, energy healing, singing bowls, tuning forks, drums, chanting, meditation, breathwork, movement, and/or other restorative practices.

A space to be held, supported, and nourished by community.

Sundays at Upward Light are about supporting our community. After Balm for Your Soul, you're welcome to stay for our $5 cash Community Yoga class from 11:30 AM–12:30 PM.

And every Sunday evening, we gather again from 6:00–7:30 PM for our donation-based Community Gathering—a space for conversation, listening, belonging, music, and simply being witnessed.

Healing is nurtured in the community, in the hands, hearts, presence, and gifts of people who hold space for one another. 💚🙏

Today, we’re feeling especially grateful for the massage therapists, yoga teachers, energy healers, meditation guides, intuitive coaches, movement practitioners, and all those who help others reconnect, restore, and come home to themselves.

At Upward Light Healing, many different healing practices and practitioners come together under one roof, each bringing something uniquely their own to the people they serve. And beyond these walls is an even wider community of healers sharing their gifts every day.

Here’s to the people who hold space for us and to the beautiful ways healing grows when we come together. 🌀

♍️ Happy Virgo Season! ♍️

First day of Virgo season and obviously I had to wear the new Cult of the Virgo tee I scored at yesterday’s Altared State pop-up. ✨

I’m a Virgo, my husband is a Virgo, my daughter is a Virgo, and so many of my closest friends are Virgos. Clearly, I have a type. 😂

Here’s to the thoughtful ones, the loyal ones, the overthinkers, the detail-noticers, the “I already took care of it” people, and those of us who show our love by trying to make sure everythingand everyone is taken care of. 💙

Happy season to my fellow Virgos! ♍️✨
