The Harmony of Energies: Ardhanarishvara | Second Shravan Somwar ✨

On this auspicious second Shravan Somwar, we are thrilled to present a mesmerizing tutting routine by the incredibly talented Alwin Das. Watch as precise angles and fluid isolations come together to tell a story of divine balance!

🌗 The Divine Union of Ardhanarishvara
Ancient wisdom brings us the profound story of Sage Bhringi, a devout ascetic who vowed to circumambulate only Lord Shiva, intentionally ignoring Goddess Parvati. To teach the sage the ultimate truth—that the creator and the creation are inseparable—Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati merged their bodies.

They revealed themselves as Ardhanarishvara, a spectacular form that is half-male and half-female. This divine manifestation proved that Purusha (the masculine consciousness) and Prakriti (the feminine kinetic energy) are completely intertwined. One cannot exist without the other.

🌿 Significance in Shravan Somwar
The holy month of Shravan is a time of deep devotion, reflection, and spiritual cleansing.

We didn’t plan it much, just felt it — and magic happened! Experimenting, learning, and vibing together reminded me why I love this journey. You’re amazing, bro ❤️🔥@maltheorsted #tutting #handstyle #dancecollab #fingertutting #experiment taken in Marine Drive Mumbai by @allwin_d
