Track & field, thank you for the memories, lessons, and most importantly, the people. I feel so lucky to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard. I thank God for the privilege to have been a part of such an amazing sport. Thank you to my teammates and coaches that made this journey all that it was! I am forever grateful.💙💛 by @ally.isaacson

I decided to start documenting my pole vault progress. Today was my first day vaulting in four weeks due to knee problems. The bottom bungee was at 12ft. I went from a six step approach on a 150 12ft pole. It was great to be vaulting again!
