Thursday and Friday were sea days. On Friday, September 11, there was a 9/11 remembrance in the main theater. Saturday we got off the ship and flew home from MCO. by @allyg47

Wednesday, September 9, we were in Curacao. We took an excursion called Sea And See. We took a bus to a boat that allows you to see under the water. It's kind of like a submarine. There were a ton of coral and fish down there. We even saw a merman (our tour guide went diving under the boat). After the boat ride, we got back on the bus and were taken to the other side of the city to a distillery where they make Blue Curacao. It’s an alcohol that they make on the island. It tastes sweet. They also have different flavors (coffee, rum, vanilla, etc) and we got to taste some of them. We bought a few bottles to take home.

I took some videos of the coral, fish and our tour guide diving but Instagram wouldn't let me upload them. Check them out on my Facebook page. by @allyg47

More pictures from Aruba & the ship on September 8. by @allyg47

Tuesday, September 8, was spent in Aruba. We went on a catamaran excursion which took us snorkeling at sunken German WWII ship. It was extremely windy, the waves were choppy and the current was very strong. It was hard to swim and I barely made it back on the catamaran. My pictures didn’t turn out very well. There were a lot of fish though and the ship looked cool. After the shipwreck, they took us closer to shore for more snorkeling in calmer waters. There weren’t as many fish here but I saw a sea turtle which was really cool. That night, we saw an ice skating show at the ice rink that’s on board the ship.

These were also taken on Monday, September 7 and were taken on the ship. Instagram only let me upload 10 pictures on the last post. I also have a really cool video of lightening off the coast of the Dominican Republic that Instagram won't let me upload. Go to my Facebook page if you'd like to see it. by @allyg47

Sunday, September 6, was a sea day where we spent the day relaxing on the ship. Monday, September 7, was spent at Cabo Rojo in the Dominican Republic. They have a little crazy town you can walk through, a carnival with rides, a large swimming pool and a lazy river. We went around the lazy river a few times and then rode the Ferris wheel. Afterwards, we walked through the crazy town and then did some shopping for souvenirs before going back to the ship. by @allyg47

Saturday, September 5, was Perfect Day Cocoa Cay in the Bahamas. We went over to the beach at Chill Island and my dad and I went snorkeling. We saw a ton of colorful fish, and I even saw a stingray. There were a lot of jellyfish but, luckily, none of us got stung.

On Friday, September 4, we boarded the Royal Caribbean Adventure of the Seas in Port Canaveral. Boarding was easy and quick. We had pizza at the café on deck 5 for lunch. Then we went to our balcony cabin to watch sail away. We saw dolphins as we were heading out. After dinner, we went to the theater to watch the Welcome Aboard Show.

I have a video of the dolphins we saw but Instagram wouldn't let me upload it. If you want to watch it, it's on my Facebook page. by @allyg47

Here are some pictures from my Royal Caribbean cruise last week. I'm going to post each day of the cruise in a separate post. Also, I can't figure out how to crop individual pictures on Instagram so some pictures are cut off. I also posted these on Facebook if you want to see the original, uncropped versions.

On September 2, we (me, my mom, Jennifer, and my dad, Mike) flew from MSP to MCO (Orlando) and stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Airport. We spent the next day hanging out in the hotel room and watching movies. We ordered pizza and ate at TGI Fridays. by @allyg47
