What a blessing it is to experience the power of yoga through a daily practice. Not only do you expand physically, but mentally, emotionally and spiritually, too.

There are parts of yourself you may never know are possible until you create the space to practice, to explore, and to simply keep showing up.

Sometimes the unfolding happens when you’re reminded it’s okay to take life a little less seriously 😅❤️

Those words softened something in me. They shifted my perspective from trying to control everything to learning how to let go. I started to see that life’s sweetest moments aren’t found in perfection or planning, but in the spaces where we loosen our grip, let our hair down, and simply allow ourselves to have fun.

Right now, we’re living the human experience and that means feeling all of it. The joy, the mess, the laughter, the uncertainty.

When I think about my future self, I don’t think she’ll wish she took it all so seriously… I think she’ll be grateful for every moment she soaked in, every drop of sweetness she allowed herself to taste, so that she could truly understand what it means to be alive.

Loving you feels like a dream ❤️
Almost four years of constant “pinch me” kind of moments… 🥹

I always hoped for a love where I could be met exactly as I am, the kind of love that’s unconditional, without judgment. One that meets resistance with patience, challenges with grace, and chooses to grow, lean in, and expand with me, over and over again.

What we have is something I never thought I would experience in this lifetime. You’ve shown me a kind of love that allows me to soften, to open, and to continually choose us, no matter what.

If you had asked me years ago where I’d be today, I never would have imagined this life.

I couldn’t have told you that I’d be facilitating fully booked yoga and Pilates teacher trainings, or holding space for groups of 25–30 people at a time.

And yet, here I am.

I feel incredibly grateful to Santosha, and to my boss and mentor Sunny, for believing in me before I fully believed in myself. For encouraging me to take a step into a life I didn’t even know I was ready for, but one that feels so aligned with who I truly am.

This path found me in ways I never expected, and I’m so thankful it did 🌸💖

For the past three years, I’ve visited Bali’s Mother Temple, Besakih, many times… but the moment to go with my partner’s family never quite aligned, until this year 🥹🫶🏼

It felt like everything aligned so effortlessly, like every small detail was placed exactly where it needed to be. A quiet reminder that sometimes we think we have a plan, or that things should unfold a certain way… but God or Life has its own perfect timing.

This day was incredibly special, a chance to connect more deeply with my partner’s family here in Nusa Lembongan, to share moments of prayer, presence, and something beyond words.

Moments where nothing needed to be said, because the feeling of being together said it all.

March, you’ve been gentle, grounding, and exactly what my soul needed 🩵

A month of returning to my roots…
of remembering who I am beneath the noise,
and what truly matters.

There were moments I felt unsure of my path, my direction, my place but somehow, through it all, I found my way back.

Back to play. Back to the ocean.
Back to movement, to simplicity, to presence.

Surfing, running, hosting a retreat that felt so deeply aligned,
and sharing the magic of Balinese culture with beautiful souls along the way.

This month has shown me what to hold onto and just as importantly, what to release.

More of what brings balance.
Less of what clouds the mind.
