Day 1 of Wellness Weekend @soulcycle The Barn was MAGIC! The Juice Drench Bun Bar was poppin — hair was drenched, buns were bunned, friends and memories were made — and we didn’t want it to end. Truth!!

A huge THANK YOO to @soulcycle @unstoppablesamy and the epic humans @forward__space who made sparks fly, really. You spin, you dance, we bun — I mean, come on, the ultimate combo for vibes off the charts. And they were. This community was unreal nice, kind, and filled to the brim with good energy.

My goal is to convert all the girls who don’t use dry shampoo to *rinsers* - rinsing is the hair product and habit that changed my hair and scalp for the best and my customers buy it in the 2s, 3s, 4s+. I promise you, start rinsing.

When things get hard, we just get better. Fuck quitting, bring it on. I’d rather learn, cry, bitch and moan and get to the other side than quit. Quitting is easy and I never take the easy way. It’s so much harder to face yourself and accept challenges.

I said yes to this huge challenge in November. I knew it would be a long road with a lot of tears and frustration but I love my company so much I didn’t not have another option. I’m still head over heels for allyoos, giddy at the thought of it. Juice Drench is my guy, my first baby and my first idea for allyoos. I’ve been on the beach in MTK since 2018 before allyoos even launched, doing buns for whoever said yes. No way I wasn’t seeing it through. I love my Juice Drench, my kids are growing up with Juice Drench, so many of you love Juice Drench.

I’ve learned a lot about myself and my company and what matters this year and the truth is that - allyoos is the smallest it’s been since I restarted in 2023. This out of stock issue demolished my business there is no other way to say it. But somehow I am the most confident and grounded and clear I’ve ever been as a business builder. I trust myself more than ever - I know I won’t quit, I’ll always find the right people, and I have faith that the next best move for me will always show itself. I’ve lived my life this way.

I had absolutely no idea that building a company would be this way. I wish someone told me, scared me - probably would have done it anyway. My journey so far with allyoos has looked like huge momentum, huge setback, repeat. At the end of the day, and I truly mean this, I am grateful. It’s been one of the most character-building ways to spend almost a decade, and regardless of the ups and downs, allyoos is forever my favorite.
