House hunting is basically dating with higher stakes 😂

Some houses look amazing online and give you the ick the second you walk in. 😬

Some aren’t your usual “type” but actually end up being perfect for you!

The right house usually has a few compromises. The key is making sure they’re the kind you won’t resent six months from now.

That’s where having someone in your corner helps. ♥️ taken in Napa Valley, California by @allyrichardsonnv

Putting my October goals out into the universe so I’m more likely to actually do them 😂

While we’re talking about goals, if one of yours is figuring out how to move in 2027, this is your sign to reach out now.

You do not need to be ready to list next week or start touring houses tomorrow. We can just talk through timing, numbers, neighborhoods, and what would need to happen between now and then - so you’re ready when the time comes! ♥️ taken in Napa Valley, California by @allyrichardsonnv

I always think it’s funny when someone asks what I did at work this week because the answer is never short 😂

“Real estate” can mean about a million different things depending on the day.

Sometimes it’s contracts and negotiations. Sometimes it’s helping someone think through a big decision. Sometimes it’s answering texts from the bleachers.

Usually it’s all of the above.

This career keeps me on my toes, but that’s exactly why I love it. taken in Napa Valley, California by @allyrichardsonnv

2nd tournament at the Bownet Pink Out and it was full of gold chain defense! Double plays left and right..we came to show growth and we held our own with a 3-3 weekend finish. 3 games Saturday in the heat and 3 back to back games in 100+ heat on Sunday. So proud of what this team is doing in such a small amount of time! Huge plus is the team spirit, attitude, love, and camaraderie that’s happening so quickly! Our family is the best!

Let’s see what we can accomplish in the next 3 weeks! 👀🥎❤️ taken in Antelope Softball Complex by @allyrichardsonnv

𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐓 🏡❤️

There’s something extra special about helping first-time homebuyers get the keys to their very first home, and these two are officially one step closer!

We spent time figuring out what really mattered to them, toured homes, talked through neighborhoods, yards, layouts and all the little details that you can’t always figure out from an online listing. When the right one came along, we knew it was worth going after.

We put together a strong offer, and I’m so excited to say it was accepted! 🎉 Now we’re through inspections, appraisal and contingencies and heading toward the finish line.

So excited for my buyers and the next chapter they’re about to start. ❤️🏡 by @allyrichardsonnv

Getting to help people buy and sell homes in Napa Valley is something I’m genuinely so grateful for. 🙏

There’s a lot of trust involved in choosing someone to help you through a move, and I don’t take that lightly.

So when a client takes the time to share a few kind words about their experience, it really means a lot to me.

I’m grateful for every person who’s trusted me with such a big decision, every referral that’s sent someone my way, and every client who’s let me be part of their next chapter. 🔑🫶🏻 taken in Napa Valley, California by @allyrichardsonnv

𝐒𝐎𝐋𝐃 🏡❤️ Jordan & Clark, I’m so happy for you guys! From the beginning, this one felt like a true team effort. We had Jill Munson on the lending side, who has such a special connection to the family herself, and all of us working together to get these two to the finish line and into a house that already feels like home. 👏🏼🥰

And they have wasted absolutely NO time making it their own. 😂 Every time I hear about another project happening over there, it makes me smile. I can’t wait to watch this house evolve as they settle in and put their stamp on it.

The best part is that this isn’t one of those closings where I hand over the keys and wonder when I’ll see my clients again. Our families and lives are so intertwined that there will be plenty of drive-bys, kids walking to school together, and opportunities for me to see what they’re working on next. (And don’t worry, we talked about these visits before they purchased. 😂)

Congratulations, Jordan, Clark & Jackson!! I’m so excited for this next chapter for your family. ❤️🏡

And Jill, thank you for being such an important part of getting them home. We made a pretty great team. ❤️ taken in Napa, California by @allyrichardsonnv
