Well stage shots are here. Hands down my best package to date. 8 pounds heavier than last year. Although we didn’t get the placing we expected, I’m not ready to give up. Dylan and I will take the feedback from the judges and go to work. I plan on coming back next year even better.
Thank you @classicblum for your guidance and leadership. You have transformed me into a real wellness girl. Same with @corey_lindner. Your training plans kicked my butt in the very best way.
Thank you @007mr.penguin for your support from day one of prep till I got off stage. You listened to me whine about being hungry and tired and encouraged me to keep going and not give up. I can’t wait to support you back.
My girls- always my #1 fans. Even Emma so far away. And KK going to local show, watching me meal prep, go to work and train day in and out.
Thank you to everyone that supported me this year. @lisabellaramseyofficial and @guera_vision for my tan and glam. Best in the business. @texanandadutchie, and my WHY gym crew! And to everyone that sent me texts and messages thank you!! Signing out of competition season 26 and into offseason. by @allyrollins

Stage Shots are in from the Branch Warren Classic! Holy growth! I finally feel like I belong in the wellness division truly. I stepped on stage almost 10lbs heavier and leaner than nationals last year. Last slide shows the comparisons. @classicblum and @corey_lindner put together a great plan. Now… onto nationals!!

One of the most important decisions you make as a competitor is choosing your coach. Find one that cares about your mental and physical health and not just about taking your money and throwing you on stage. After a 20 week prep, and two successful shows, we entered into 8 week health phase. At the end of that my labs came back perfect, my cycle returned on cue, and my mental focus reset. In 8 weeks I was only up 4lbs from my stage weight. Now we are going into our rebound and grow phase with a healthy body and mind and a goal of 4-6lbs more muscle like last year. Coach @classicblum and trainer @corey_lindner have plan and I can’t wait to execute. TIME TO GROW!! #bodybuilding #bodybuilder #muscles #wellness #npc taken in WHY GYM by @allyrollins

Something I’m really proud of. The progress I’ve made over the last year with @classicblum and @corey_lindner. I clocked in a full 8lbs heavier and leaner this year. Now to try for another 8-10lbs … in my 🍑!! by @allyrollins
