I wrote paragraphs full of tips and tricks on how not to be a sad wench in 2025 but you wouldn’t have read all that before you continue on your doom scroll, so I’m distilling it down:
Have fun (be realistic).
Call your parents (you’re lucky to have them).
Make plans with your friends (actually show up).
Tell your significant other they’re cute af (if you’re miserable, leave).
Move your body (gets the bad vibes out).
Work hard (don’t brag about it).
Be nice to people (strangers included).
Make tangible goals then do something every day that helps you achieve those goals (small things matter and if you’re lost, ask for help).
Forgive yourself (being space dust on a floating rock is already hard enough).
Be HAPPY (express gratitude, get off the internet).
