A home is incomplete without an anchor—an anchor made of individuals who share a connection to the moment. It’s a gathering of like-minded people who care for one another, a space where strangers look out for you - and you for them. A place where everyone is unique, yet united by a shared love for something greater. Track-ID: Nala Sinephro - Continuum 8 by @alma_rhythm
sonic waves flying through thin air, waves that unite. while each wave resonates differently in our heads. reminding us of the past, the present or future. nostalgia. hope. every wave celebrated equally, no night should be filled with just one. give space for the unknown sound. trust the unknown sound. and appreciate the beauty of difference. difference in presentation, in texture, in history and heritage. Track-ID: The Sun Ra Arkestra - Night Music(1989) by @alma_rhythm

Join the performances, a workshop, follow the live music or dance your way into the night. No experience needed, just bring your curiosity! With work by Rambert, ICK Amsterdam, The Ruggeds, Ghetto Funk Collective and ARK/Connor Schumacher, plus local partners including Latin The Hague, Dancehague, Alma;Rhythm, Hague Hoppers, Forró Den Haag, Haags Hiphop Centrum and Tango Mooovs. Swipe to get a first glance of the social dance partners and dance companies that shape this first edition. The first batch of tickets is sold out, and the second release is now live. Get your tickets via ednfestival.nl and don’t wait too long. @latinthehague , @dancehague, @alma_rhythm, @haags_hiphop_centrum, @haguehoppers, @forrodenhaag Latin The Hague is turning The Hague into Salsa City. For Everybody Dance Now, they take over the Amare’s big Concert Hall with a historic live lineup, soon to be announced. @latinthehague During Everybody Dance Now, you can see Hop(e)storm by (LA)HORDE: a high-energy work that channels the rhythms and spirit of Lindy Hop through a post-internet rave lens. Created for Rambert in 2025, the piece reawakens Lindy Hop’s call for equality, freedom and collective joy with a bold, contemporary twist. (LA)HORDE, Marine Brutti, Jonathan Debrouwer and Arthur Harel, are based in France and lead Ballet National de Marseille. Known for their concept of post-internet dance, they explore collective movement, rave culture and rebellion. @la.horde @rambertdance You might already know Hague Hoppers from their monthly swing dance sessions at Open Amare. With free workshops, live jazz bands and a warm international community, they keep the spirit of swing alive in The Hague all year round. For Everybody Dance Now, they bring that same social dance energy into the festival. @haguehoppers You might already know by @alma_rhythm

much more than just satisfied. after just a bit more than one year of starting ALMA;RHYTHM, inviting one of our biggest influences and reasons, why this gathering even exists… there’s few words that can explain what we feel. not just having him over though, but have all you people coming together, and show him that The Hague GOT THE FUNK!? and that we don’t mean no BS on the floor, now that means even more. there were many moments where we just stood in that smokey, dark and sweaty room, and wanted to shed a tear or two out of happiness and fulfillment. it means the world to us! thank you @marcelluspittman for your deep kindness, stories about the “MoonDance” and open mind towards what we do, your trust meant everything. special shoutout to @marilva.vsml teaching us all how and why to get down, @miguel___herreras joining us in the booth and sharing your music, @laak.club for hosting us, @kashkaval__ / @lewietoch for all managing and supporting, our CREW at the door and ALL YOU PEOPLE FOR GETTING DOWN! YOU MAKE THE PARTY! NO ONE ELSE! music is the answer, and together we can prove we are not as separated as we think we are. let’s continue to always be kind to one another, it’s free! one love, LJ by @alma_rhythm
Detroit is in the building, BITCH! We’re honoured to welcome one of our biggest inspirations and a true Detroit legend, @marcelluspittman to our gathering of movement and expression (for 4 hours!), alongside Rotterdam’s finest, @miguel___herreras , and your cats truly! Another night filled with funk, funk, and nothing but the funk. We’re grateful to host this edition once again at @laak.club , powered by their mind-blowing @kantarion.sound X @additaudio Sound System But don’t let this stellar lineup fool you.
This doesn’t mean that now we stand still and watch the DJ spin records, and have shazam on hold for any point in time, and judge each transition. The focus remains on DANCING.
Backs turned to the booth, bodies locked into Bass-lines humming through the room, listening to what the DJs have to tell us through frequency and nothing else. That’s why we’ve invited @marilva.vsml to host a House Dance Workshop during the first hour of the club night, and curated cyphers flowing throughout. So bring your nastiest dancing shoes, and clothes that are allowed to be drenched in sweat. The workshop is included for free with every ticket.
To participate, please RSVP and send a message to @alma_rhythm
Capacity is limited; once full, sign-ups will be placed on a waiting list.
Workshop time: 22:30 – 23:30. Friday, March 27
Blind and Early Birds are already Sold Out! Get one before it’s too late, prices are kept as cheap as we can and capacity is limited, so everyone can have space to move. (Ticket link can be found in Bio) See you on the floor, AlmaRhythm by @alma_rhythm

At this point it almost sounds like we’re lying — every event we say how grateful we are… bla bla bla!! but it’s TRUE!
How is every one of them so fulfilling? Can one please go wrong just so it makes sense? 😵‍💫 First, the biggest shoutout goes to our community
Seeing the same faces, sharing hugs, smiles, and movement just minutes after doors open—it means the world to us… Your loyalty, trust, and understanding of our message is everything. Having People bring their own incense, Dancing with their faces to the Speakers, Screaming of joy when a bass-line switches Chords, Stacking up empty cups and cleaning the dance floor if its wet or glass is on the floor… that is the respect many hosts can only dream of! The Hague is slowly becoming the underdog of dance floors…. And We can feel it 😼 Thank you Levy (@oko___stellar ) for trusting us with our wild pitch when we invited you to come down here. Without much talk what we will play, the synergy just happened, like a jam in the living room after dinner. We are grateful that you allowed us to dive into your sonic world, with such Humbleness and Kindness. To @paulavonbyern & @uulri — your stage design has turned the dance floor in not only a metaphorical Piece of Art, but a literal one. We appreciate your countless hours of creative work and commitment to this project so very much <3
@bluesigma_ — For simply being the best in the game, while maintaining your kindness & keeping everything running smooth as ever. Finally, our Crew and helping hands, the @laak.club team, @kashkaval__ & @lewietoch — we couldn’t do this without you. Every helping hand makes the night what it is. The “Club Night” starts the moment you walk in, so thank you for sharing your kind Souls with our Guests. Thank you, thank you, thank you
New plans are already brewing — stay tuned and keep your eyes and ears open. Onto the next dance!
Love,
