A few 📸 before moving this room back to its snuggly state, post Thanksgiving hosting. Then the kids and I can finally decorate the tree😊

Do you feel more comfortable in a snuggly home or open space? I’m for spaces that feel like a warm hug personally🥰

When we closed part of the opening to the pantry, I knew it was gonna give me more wall on this side. I took that as a sign to add a mini gallery wall and a shelf for mugs.

I found this cabinet on FB marketplace and plan to paint it at some point. But I love that it’s one of those cabinets where the top can open up for extra table space when hosting. #coffeebar #gallerywall by @almafied

The tiny pantry has wallpaper!!!🥰 In the sea of beautiful wallpaper out there I didn’t know how I was gonna ever choose one. But I’ve been loving this pomegranate art I cut out from a calendar and decided to just do a pomegranate wallpaper google search and this is what I stumbled on😍 All to say, inspiration is everywhere.. mine came from my 2025 calendar🤪

Calm before the crazy. Which is perfect cause I love crazy😜
Reset done, time to decorate and put up our🎄!

One thing I do is stalk FB marketplace with a list of things I’m searching for. I’ve been wanting to find a set of 8 chairs and scored on these wishbone chairs $20/chair from a cutie restaurant that was renovating.😁🎉 by @almafied

Collected a few ❤️ things the last couple months and my girls were very into it. I usually will find a few items to add to our little Valentine’s Day collection. But this year was different with my girls a little older. No matter what store we stepped into to, they were drawn to the hearts. Haha. Who am I to get in the way?!😊😆

Another year of thrifting!

One of my favorite memories with my dad as a little girl was going to the gym on base with him and my siblings. My dad and brother would play pick up games at the basketball courts and my sis and I would go swimming, then tumble on these rubber mats after, and even mess around playing what I think is called hand wallball (?!) or something. So fun!

But my second favorite thing we did with dad was go thrifting! I loved finding books, Barbies, accessories, back packs, etc! Often now, when I’m out thrifting, I smile when I find things I know dad would love: old war history books, fishing everything and Carhartt or Bass Pro Shop gear. It’s so funny tho.. Dad doesn’t like when sis and I thrift for clothes. He always says “are you ok anak (child), do you need money?” Haha, no dad, it’s your fault, you got us into thrifting! Anyway all to say, my dad is my hero and I look forward to more thrifting adventures in 2025🥰

When you’re the youngest of 4 and they’re all your bffs, getting older just feels like trying to catch up to them. I’m not sure anymore what age is “old” but it sure isn’t 40🎊🎉🤪 ok except when I get random body aches, see more greys popping up, and a wild Friday night is just being out after the sun sets😆 #homebody

Anyway, it was our first time at the RH restaurant in Yountville and it was super gorgeous. Jason did good with choosing this place! Praising the Lord for another year of life and so thankful for the love He lavishly pours on me, He’s the best gift giver. My heart is full, as well as my belly🥰 I want to go here again to try their brunch next! #rhyountville taken in RH Yountville Restaurant by @almafied

Happy Thanksgiving!! What’s everyone up to today? Anyone else stuff their unfolded laundry in the closet before guests come?!😆 Yea, I’ll probably have to do that today along with lots of caffeinating and getting ready to have a kamayan feast.
