Today at FutureWorks 2026, we’re joined by Timilehin Adeoye of Acceede and Lifeprint.

What does it take to turn an idea into a product that people actually need?

Timilehin will be taking our students behind the thinking that goes into building products and solving real problems with technology, with a particular look at the world of EdTech and innovation.

Students will explore how to:

* Identify problems worth solving
* Understand the people they are building for
* Turn problems into meaningful product ideas
* Think about users and the value a product creates
* Move from an idea towards a solution that can actually work

This is an important part of the FutureWorks experience: helping young people move beyond simply using technology to thinking like people who can build with it.

Today on FutureWorks 2026, we’re excited to welcome Fisayo Ajiboye @fisayojiboye of Tadmekа to connect with our students live.

Fisayo will be taking students into the world of Artificial Intelligence and the modern workplace, helping them understand how AI is being used to transform the way organisations research, create, solve problems, and get work done.

Students will explore practical applications of AI for:

💡 Ideation and problem-solving
✍️ Content and creative work
📊 Analysis and decision-making

🤝 Working more effectively in modern teams

FutureWorks 2026 is a four-week School-to-Industry Residency designed to give students real-world experience before they even leave secondary school.

Participants won’t just learn—they’ll work on real business challenges, collaborate with ambitious peers, learn directly from founders and industry professionals, and build the skills they’ll need for the future.

And if attending in person isn’t possible, they can still join virtually. With live online sessions, students can participate from anywhere without missing the experience.

“Leadership isn’t about titles, it’s about taking charge of yourself first.”

In Rhema’s words, true leadership starts with self-leadership; the courage to steer, motivate, and inspire yourself toward your dreams and goals.

He reminded us that leadership isn’t defined by position or power, but by purpose, vision, and consistency. Every young person has a dream, but it takes focus and discipline to bring that dream to life.

Rhema challenged the students to see leadership as a journey of growth; learning to maximize time, energy, resources, and relationships to achieve meaningful impact. Because great leaders aren’t born by chance; they’re built by choice.
