Wassup beautiful people!

2025 has been beautifully intense and I got some fresh new headshots from @tucsonheadshot (shoutout to the amazing Rachel Castillo) to help tell this next chapter of the story.

I’m Dr. Jamal Früster, owner + lead chiropractor at Alma Sana Chiropractic Studio in Tucson, AZ. A sanctuary for the exhausted provider:
Healthcare pros. Educators. First responders. Parents. Entrepreneurs. Athletes. The people who pour into everyone else and rarely receive the same.

I built Alma Sana to honor the nervous system, to help folks regulate, restore, and reclaim their energy, structurally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Over the last few years I’ve been diving deep into: Trauma + the brain, Nervous system adaptability (not just resilience), Nonviolent communication. The biology of stress + behavior, timeless natural healing philosophies.

This work comes alive in Providing for the Providers my signature event here in Tucson (next one’s June 7th) — and through my podcast Soul Coffee (@soulcoffeepodcast ), where I drop in with some of the dopest humans on the planet in service of the provider’s mind, body, and soul.

This work is sacred and personal.

I’m the son of two selfless providers who gave everything for our family. Now I get to serve the people who serve.

If you’re new here, welcome! If you’ve been here, I appreciate TF outta you.

If this post hits, drop a comment, share some love, and LET’S GO. We’re building something powerful out here in the desert.

In health + POWER,

An unaware, emotional man is a danger to society

This is common, this is real, this is a reality for a lot of fathers and yes, parents in general

This isn’t to shame, it is to recognize the very REAL demand that has been on parents and how they’re especially getting squeezed right now.

The cool thing I see everyday however are there are ways naturally to expand your capacity, improve your energy and better your bandwidth.

It comes with effort and being able to switch gears to regulate yourself. And, contrary to popular belief, you don’t need to do it on your own. Follow for more and let’s talk about it 👇🏽 by @almasanachiro

Mo money mo problems & outshining others!

These two I find to be interesting as with providers ties around success, money are either big drivers to “make it” for the family and friends or big deterrents with shame as well.

This looks like shooting oneself in the foot or just playing small. Keep in mind these are all limiters to success, joy, happiness, good energy, HEALTH and beyond! From a chiropractic lens I’m looking for the why behind it all and pattern to help things unwind into a new pattern and expression! by @almasanachiro

With the thought of abandonment or betrayal we limit ourselves

I link this to PREDICTIVE coding. The body keep score, sure and more depth fully, the brain remembers so it can protect itself and keep the body safe over time.

However when we can, Identify the thought form, shift the energy in which that thought form was seeded into the body. Does it come from fight or flight? Or does it come from shutdown/hypoarousal? Food for thought! by @almasanachiro

The physiology of an upper limiting problem

This concept made so much sense in my head and gave an explanation to WHY I had noticed patterns of behavior in myself as well as other high performing individuals

Tying this into the neurological states of the body it helps me understand the cause to then drives these actions!

Excited to explore this concept and how it relates to health this Sunday! Understand the energy, understand the behavior by @almasanachiro

40 under 40! 🔥🙏🏽

Man. To get the call midday by Rob saying he had some great news from the @soazhcc was incredibly humbling and unexpected.

To be able to help take care of those who take care of everyone else is my favorite thing to do and it goes beyond just a “job” for me.

It’s what I’ve dedicated my life to and a calling. Both with these hands and with my voice! Its about service for me, so to be recognized in this light sparked my soul something different.

Moving to Tucson post covid and opening up The Source 5 years ago to 17 months at Alma Sana and I really feel I’m just finishing warming up.

Recently pouring into Residents of Integrative medicine at the Andrew Weil Center, to the Air Force base, and speaking more and more to organizations/teams in the city feels outstanding.

Today wouldn’t have happened without THE most amazing people I’ve had the honor to take care of the last several years.

Y’alll truly take this work and make the spaces that y’all occupy better. You champion the care and demonstrate the work, WORKS especially when we work lol

I thank you for your trust and willingness to lean into me in a profession that is commonly misunderstood and misrepresented however holds a lot of truth and keys to autonomy in navigating health.

I’m grateful for my class of 2026 honorees for the co-inspiration and such a rich morning. S/O to y’all! Especially Nia and @rossy.upleveled you are forces to be had. The city is and I feel are blessed to have you here in Tucson!!

Lastly, I’m grateful for @lexxxbaby2 Mmmmm YOU! YOU my love, celebrate me, push me, and effort to see me like no other. I love having you at my side in life, but receiving this award with you in my life makes it feel more whole. by @almasanachiro

I am ALL-IN on figuring out the cause or the WHY behind people and their symptoms.

The perpetrators will be brought to justice 😂

Majority of the time the mechanism reveals itself in the history. Identify the why behind the inability to adapt, then help make the human more adaptable ☝🏽

The magic is in the listening, in the initial exam and reflections along the way. If you can get behind that this space is for you! by @almasanachiro

Dr. Jamal LOVES a good pen! 🖊️

Sometimes at Lexi’s expense…but we’re in an abundance of pens so it’s all good 😂 by @almasanachiro

On July 31st, Dr. Jamal Früster generously donated his time for the second time to support the Más Compassion Experience™, and we're incredibly grateful.

Through his work at Alma Sana Chiropractic Studio, Dr. J is committed to helping people care for the whole person, body, mind, and nervous system. It's a philosophy that closely aligns with our mission at Hatching.

We believe that when we care for the people doing the caring, entire communities benefit.

Together, we had the privilege of creating space for local school social workers to reconnect with what is often the easiest thing to lose when you spend your life caring for others...

Yourself.

Thank you, Dr. J, for your generosity, authenticity, and continued investment in the people who spend their lives serving others. We're grateful to have you as part of the Hatching community. 💛 by @almasanachiro
