The last month I’ve cried and smiled and learnt and laughed. I told myself it’s never too late, but take your time. Let go, but keep dreaming big. And then I went to Belgium and ran 15.11 for 5000m, something I dreamt of and then let go 🎈 taken in CNEA Font Romeu by @almi.nerurkar

Childhood dreams 💫 baby almi, you’re signing a professional contract with @hoka_eu 🥹

My reason for running has progressed from being driven by external pressure and validation to an internal challenge. This internal challenge has helped me continue when the external progress has been hard to see.

Sometimes, I put in the work and I am not rewarded with a complete piece. Will it ever be complete? I don’t know. But what I do know is that I can always look back and be proud of the moments where I’ve tried. And for all the beautiful people along the way 🧡 taken in Brighton and Hove by @almi.nerurkar

For the first time in a long time, my month of September hasn’t been guided by the structure of education. Instead, I have a new job ❤️ being a full time athlete is my dream, and I have a lot of time to dream 🛌 and freedom to think (overthink🙈). On some days, I have felt a little lost without my old structure but change requires risk and I’m so grateful for this opportunity to choose risk @hoka_eu taken in Devil's Dyke, Brighton by @almi.nerurkar

showing up to perform at your best week after week, month after month is not easy & is something I’m still trying to learn 👧🏽

Racing through the NCAA season in the US, and then coming back for the UK championships and some races in Europe I had to find a balance 🧚🏼‍♀️ proud of my mind and body 💆‍♀️ and for the advice along the way 🙏 now time for a proper break 🩵 by @almi.nerurkar

you having a good time? 🍭🥂🧘🏽‍♀️🧜🏼‍♂️🍒✨💃🏻

6 years ago I met Sik on a night out in Birmingham. 6 years later I’m meeting Sik on a sunny morning in London.

A lot has happened in those six years. Sik started running, bought a camera and took himself down to a whole new world @nightofthe10kpbs. This month he had his own studio at the Commonwealth Games.

I fell in love with Leeds (and running again), went to the US and back, and 🙈🙈 exciting things coming 🙈🙈

To the version of ourselves in six years time, make sure you’re still having a good time 🍉 taken in Trafalgar Square, London, UK by @almi.nerurkar
