Burning Man isn’t a festival.

It’s a temporary city of 80,000+ people.

Black Rock City is a real, functioning city with its own airport, post office, emergency services, streets, and everything in between.

There’s no money exchanged, and everything brought to the playa leaves with you at the end.

Leave no trace.

You get what you put in.

Burning Man isn’t all partying. It’s hard work.

The build. The breakdown. The shifts in between.

Everything here is built by the people, for the people. The more you contribute, the more you get out of it.

Don’t expect much if you don’t put anything in.

Sparkle ponies can’t hang.

A “sparkle pony” is basically a high maintenance playa princess who shows up looking cute in furry leg warmers and hot pants but doesn’t contribute much to camp or the community.

Basically: a freeloader who’s here for the vibes and good times.

They’re often the ones wondering why the Burn is so “hard” and wanting to leave early.

Don’t be a sparkle pony.

Put some elbow grease in.

Art cars are all the rage.

Getting from A to B has never been this much fun.

Art cars are mutant vehicles that have been modified, built from scratch, or completely repurposed into mobile works of art usually with a theme, music, lights, and enough personality to make you forget you were even going somewhere.

Think of it as public transportation but Burning Man edition.

Burning Man gets COLD.

Everyone tells you about the heat.

Nobody warns you about the cold.

You can be sweating at noon and wearing a fur coat at midnight.

Some nights, you’ll find yourself on the complete opposite side of the playa with no jacket, watching the temperature drop and wondering how the hell you’re getting back.

The desert has no mercy.

Pack layers.

Burning Man brings out your inner child.

Nobody really grows up out here.

We just get bigger toys.

The playa reminds you how to play, to climb, explore, build, wonder, and say “why not?”

The art is a constant reminder that there is still so much beauty, creativity, and magic in the world.

The best adventures aren’t planned.

Tons of people will try to coordinate with you to meet up on playa.

Burning Man,
challenge me
as I stand,
unbound,
ready to evolve,
ready to commit,
steady to my plan,
a promise to myself,
the fulfillment to expand.

countless legends you hear are grand,
some of the most precious memories
I can count offhand.

every year, lessons learned,
friendships gained, others burned,
temperatures rise, skin sunburned,
feeling exhausted, what have I learned?
bonds tested, both friends and foes,
always questioning what will unfold,
pushing limits like nothing I’ve known,
and in the end, what will show?

ten core principles with which I agree
when you practice them, you let go of greed.
you’ll become a better human,
a journey to succeed.
transcend who you once were,
and exceed in what you believe.

open your heart, learn to perceive,
to give without asking what you’ll receive,
leave behind what you once knew,
and discover a new purpose emerging inside you.

so here I stand,
tall as the Man,
with my heart in hand,
I am ready to disband
worries and insecurities.
watch them as they burn
to ash with me,
and from these embers,
no hate will remain
just unconditional love,
it’s the only thing to gain.

Swimming through mermaid caves and diving through blue rooms 💙

The kind of views that take your breath away 😮‍💨

With the sweetest girls I could of ask for 💛

Of course none of this would have happen if it weren’t for the birthday boy @stupidjak 💙 forever grateful for the most immaculate Ibiza itinerary 🙏🏼

Waking up every morning to views like this 🥰

We were mermaids of the sea 🧜‍♀️

And saw the most beautiful eclipse there ever was 🌅🌙🧡

Sunset sailing with my favorite island girls 🏝️

docking into beautiful ports like Sant Josep de Sa Talaia 🏖️

then dancing the night away at Ibiza’s top clubs 💃

Alaska, the land of the midnight sun, my oh my, did you exceed my expectations, Juneau what I’m saying?

🚲 Biking around Stanley Park in Vancouver.

👺Seeing Alaskas totems with my cousins

💚 Skagway was the cutest lil’ town

Hanging out at Icy Strait Point with my cousins

Taking in all of views

🏔️ 6 am mornings at Endicott Arms & Dawes Glacier

🚢 our cruise with the backdrop of Juneau

🚂 enjoying views from a white pass & Yukon. Route railroad built in 1898 during the Klondike gold rush!

🌲 it was trees hours of scenic mountains, glacial valleys, deep gorges, and soothing waterfalls

🛷 dog sledding in Juneau was once in a lifetime experienced

🐕 the dogs live for it and are treated well by their caretakers

🌅 my grandma who raised me asked if could be her roommate for the trip and I couldn’t say no!

Deciding to face my fears now
Holding back, then

Climbing cliffs
Higher than I’ve ever known

Dancing with fire
Rekindling friendships
With those I admire
Feeling loved
Feeling inspired

Awakening the light within
As we rave in caves
Untethered, we exchanged
Our stories, our glories
Collecting inventories
Of tropical fruits

Hand over hand through grass
Ascending up the valley
Until at last we collapse

But we lifted our weary heads
As we finally sat back
Releasing the burden
Of every last step

We took a deep breath
And gazed back with pride
At the beautiful mountains
We just climbed

My friends and I rose
With a shared desire
To continue a life
Ignited by fire

Regardless of nerves
And moments most dire
We keep our cups overflowing,
Chasing all that our souls desire.

Part I

Starting 2026 somewhere warm, sunny, and on the ocean definitely helps keep me motivated 🌞🌊

Big intentions this year. Comfort has run its course. Choosing a new environment because staying comfortable was slowing my growth, grateful for where I am, but ready for one that moves faster and pushes me further. 😏 🔥

I’m done living to please others. Putting myself first, staying true, and diving headfirst into challenges that scare me but will change me for the better ✨
