With sincere gratitude, I would like to thank the Mayor @councilmemberjeffwood and the Lakewood City Council @david4lakewood @rudyvillarreal2026 @toddrogers4lakewood @mayorcassandrachase for recognizing Filipino American History Month through this special proclamation.

Thank you for acknowledging the contributions, culture, heritage, and achievements of Filipino Americans and for recognizing the Filipino community members who are part of the wonderful fabric of our city.

This recognition means so much to our Filipino American families and to everyone who values diversity, unity, and community service. It is an opportunity to celebrate our heritage, honor the generations who came before us, and inspire the next generation to continue making positive contributions to Lakewood.

A special thank-you to all the Filipino community members, families, friends, and supporters who attended and helped make this occasion meaningful. Your presence reminds us that our community is stronger when we come together. @gemmaebakeshop @therealysabellaloyola @jo_annelim @lifethroughhnyb City Manager Paolo Beltran

May we continue building bridges, celebrating our diverse cultures, and working together for a brighter future for Lakewood.

Maraming salamat po! Thank you very much!

With appreciation and pride,
In celebration of Filipino American History Month. 🇵🇭🇺🇸 by @alohabeechservices

Could you use some money for things like debt consolidation, home improvements or tuition payments? A home equity line of credit (HELOC) is a simple way to tap into your home’s equity when a cash-out refinance doesn’t make sense. Message me to get started! by @alohabeechservices

Last week, I had the opportunity to meet with Assemblymember Jose Luis Solache alongside my fellow REALTORS® to discuss the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) legislative agenda. We shared our perspectives on key bills that we support and oppose as they continue through the legislative process, including measures now before the Senate.

Thank you, Assemblymember Solache, for taking the time to meet with us, listen to our concerns, and engage in a thoughtful discussion. I also appreciate my fellow REALTORS® for your advocacy and commitment to protecting private property rights, homeownership, and our communities.

Together, our voices make a difference.

Thank you, State Senator Bob Archuleta, for taking the time to meet with us during our in-district meeting. We appreciated the opportunity to discuss several bills that the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® supports and opposes, and to share how they may impact homeowners, property rights, and our industry.

We truly appreciate your willingness to listen and engage in a thoughtful conversation. As a real estate broker yourself, your understanding of our industry is greatly valued.

Thank you as well for the delicious lunch and, the wonderful dessert. It was a pleasure to “break bread” together and have a meaningful discussion. We look forward to continuing to work together for the benefit of our communities.

Today was such a blessing. Grateful🙏☝🏼

I had the pleasure of having brunch at the @eatatthenest with Joseph, a talented violinist with the @bellflowersymphony What started as a Chamber networking prize turned into a wonderful opportunity to connect, learn, and build a new friendship.

@bellflowerchamber networking meeting, held on the last Tuesday of each month, Joseph’s raffle ticket was drawn for a $50. Then my ticket was drawn as the member to join him for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. What a perfect match!

Over brunch, we shared our backgrounds, talked about our businesses, and discussed a wide range of interesting topics. Joseph is incredibly knowledgeable, and I walked away having learned so much. It’s always inspiring to meet people who are passionate about what they do and willing to share their experiences.

Networking isn’t just about exchanging business cards—it’s about building genuine relationships, learning from one another, and creating opportunities that can make a lasting impact.

Thank you, Joseph, for the great conversation and fellowship. Looking forward to seeing you again at future Chamber events!

Washington, D.C. was more than just meetings—it was about advocacy, leadership, mentorship, and friendships. 🇺🇸

I was honored to join fellow REALTORS® through the National Association of REALTORS® to meet with congressional offices and advocate for housing policies that impact homeowners, property rights, and the future of our communities.

A special thank you to Jim Clarke, @alextorres8995 and to @allencpchiang and @johntorres158 for their guidance, wisdom, and leadership throughout this journey. Learning from those who have paved the way makes these experiences even more meaningful.

Beyond the advocacy, I enjoyed exploring our nation’s capital, visiting the Library of Congress and the Jefferson collection, sharing great conversations, laughter, and memorable moments with colleagues from across the country. From productive meetings to enjoying hors d’oeuvres and discovering the history of Washington, D.C., it was a reminder that relationships are just as important as the work we do.

Grateful for the opportunity to represent California, learn from great leaders, and stand alongside colleagues who are passionate about housing and homeownership.

A meaningful few days in Washington, D.C. 🇺🇸

Many people see REALTORS® helping clients buy and sell homes, but behind the scenes we’re also advocating for policies that protect homeownership, housing opportunities, property rights, and our communities.

I was honored to join fellow REALTORS® through the National Association of REALTORS® and represent California as we met with congressional offices to discuss four important housing-related bills and encourage their support. Every conversation helps ensure that the voices of homeowners, housing providers, and future homebuyers are heard.

Between meetings, I enjoyed exploring our nation’s capital, visiting the Library of Congress, seeing the incredible Jefferson collection, stopping by the Capitol gift shop, and sharing time with colleagues committed to making a difference.

Grateful for the opportunity to serve, learn, and advocate for the future of housing.
