Definitely not an ordinary Tuesday evening!
Night at the Opera: Rusalka at Bord Gáis Theatre
Priceless experience, especially for the seats we got thanks to a very dear friend 🤗 Three hours fully immersed in the magic of the music played by the orchestra, the enchanting voices of the singers and the unique scenography and costumes.

I know, I know.. a 12-minute reel is basically a feature film in IG years. 🎬 But I couldn't cut a single second of the magic from this year’s St. Patrick’s Festival.

To my dear friends who love Dublin: watching the parade made me think of all the (slightly blurry) memories we’ve made on these streets over the years. I miss you all and hope we’re all back clinking glasses together again soon. Slàinte! 🍻

This year’s theme was "Roots", a celebration of the "living roots" of Ireland. It’s all about the people, stories, and connections that keep us together, no matter how many borders are in between. 🇮🇪🇮🇹🌍

Every year: "I’m sitting the St. Paddy’s Day parade out this time." ✋🚫

Also me, every year for the last 18 years: "But what if I move back to Italy and miss my last chance?!" 🇮🇹✈️

The truth is, it’s a lot easier to say "yes" when the parade route is right across the road from my apartment. No crowds, no commute, and..enjoying it all completely sober this time around.

The fear of missing my "last Irish parade" before heading back to Italy is real. At this rate, I’ll be 90 and still saying "just one more!" ☘️✨

It was probably the first time in over 10 years that we all had dinner together. So many memories popped into my head. I feel really blessed to have met such amazing people throughout my life.
Even though I rarely see most of them, every time we get together, it feels like a time warp.

On a different note ---> The Merry Ploughboy is a great place (not only for tourists!).
