Nothing better than Aloha Splitty at your event! by @alohasplitty

The desert raised a part of me. Long road trips as a kid, wandering through Joshua trees, watching the horizon stretch forever. Maybe that’s why the name fits. I’ve always been drawn to wide open spaces. There’s a freedom that never leaves you. There’s nothing like driving down a road with no idea where it goes. No plans. No pressure. Just you, the open highway, and whatever adventure decides to show up.
One of the best songs by Jack Johnson - I've gotta get home, there's a garden to tend
All the fruits on the ground and the birds have all moved
Back into my attic, whistlin' static
When the young learn to fly, I will patch up the holes once again
I can't believe that my lime tree is dead
I thought it was sleepin', I guess it got fed up with not bein' fed
Well, I would be too, I keep food in my belly
And hope that my time isn't soon, isn't soon
So I try to understand what I can't hold in my hand
And whatever I find, I'll find my way back to you
If you try to find it too 'cause this place is overgrown, it's a waxin' moon
Home is wherever we are, if there's love here too
The back of my house, there's a trail that won't end
We went walkin' so far that it grew back in
Now there's no trail at all, only grass growin' taller
I'll get out my machete and battle with time once again
But I'm bound to lose 'cause I'll be damned if time don't win
I gotta get home, there's a garden to tend
All the seeds from the fruits buried and began their own family trees
Teach them "thank you" and "please"
They spread their own roots, then watch their young fruits grow again
This old trail will lead me right back to where it began
So I try to understand what I can't hold in my hand
And whatever I find, I'll find my way back to you
And if you try to find it too 'cause this place is overgrown, it's a waxin' moon
Home is wherever we are, if there's love here too

The Luau Grounds @maunakeahotel has to be one of our favorite locations for its privacy and ocean views. With a built in stage, it’s also the perfect spot to party with your guests in true Hawaii grandeur!

Over our 14 years, we have planned hundreds of gorgeous weddings here and every time guests comment on just how beautiful it is!
