Happy to be here❤️
POSTS STORIES REELS
Hi, y’all. It’s been a minute. 👋🏾 I’m Jaylee. If we’ve never met, welcome. And if you’ve been here for a while, thanks for sticking around. I’m a mom of two, an HR leader, yoga teacher, and the founder of You Good Sis?, a wellness community that taught me so much about slowing down, showing up, and building connection. These days, I’m especially interested in helping people build more thoughtful workplaces and more intentional lives. You’ll usually find me exploring Boston and the North Shore, searching for great coffee, wandering through museums, rolling out my yoga mat, cheering on women’s sports, or planning little adventures with my girls. This is my little corner of the internet where I’ll be sharing the places, people, and moments that make life feel a little brighter & lighter. I’m so glad you’re here. 🤍 by @alongcamejaylee
I want to remember it like this. So long, sweet summer❤️ by @alongcamejaylee
Happy yoga teacher anniversary to me!!! 🥹🧘🏾‍♀️ A whole decade. Idc idc idc, I love a milestone over here. 😂 Every year I choose a theme to honor where I am and welcome where I’m going. This year: self-study. I’ve taken 50+ yoga classes this year. As a parent?! Please clap for me. 😂👏🏾 More than the number, I’m proud that a decade into teaching, I’ve given myself permission to be a student again. To be curious. To try something new. To listen. To let someone else hold the space. Grief has changed so much about the way I move through the world, and this practice continues to be one of the places I can come exactly as I am. It makes space for me when I don’t know how to make space for myself. It reminds me I can try again. I’m so grateful for the teachers who have inspired me, challenged me, and become friends this year—and for all the beautiful people this practice has brought into my life over the years. What a gift. How lucky am I to still be a student. ❤️💐 by @alongcamejaylee
Still smiling from this one. 🥹🏀🧡 Getting to bring my girls to see the @connecticutsun play at @tdgarden was already special, but getting to step onto the court and meet the players afterward?! I don’t think any of us will be over it anytime soon. It’s so important to me that my girls get to see what’s possible for them. Safe to say @aaliyahedwards_24 and @niyaa.rivers44 have two new little besties. 😂🧡 Huge thank you to @connecticutsun and @tdgarden for making this such a special experience for my family. Everyone watches women’s sports. 🏀🙌🏾 by @alongcamejaylee
A very cute little day trip to Rockport 💙 ☕️ Coffee + chocolate croissant @alldough.co 🎨 Gallery hopping + the warmest welcome from @lanagordongallery (still thinking about the tomato 🍅) 📚 @suzysstories — Black-owned bookstore with the sweetest owners 💎 Cutest beaded necklace @slantrhymestudio + a fun Widow’s Peak connection 🦞 Lobster roll @7thwaverockport We love a coastal town forever & yes it’s still summer! #keepyourpumpkinsawayandthatsfromalibra by @alongcamejaylee
A little bit of work lately ☕️ Consulting with some incredible teams, dreaming up a few new projects and thinking a lot about community, wellness + the growth of women’s sports. (A $1B @valkyries evaluation?! We love to see it 👏🏾) Very excited to bring my girls to @connecticutsun at @tdgarden next week. We can’t wait to see @niyaa.rivers44 in person! 🏀 by @alongcamejaylee
Happy Tuesday friends! A little weekend recap ☀️❤️ 🐘 Finally got to see @greatelephantmigration on the Commonwealth Ave Mall and I was simply obsessed. The 100-elephant herd is in Boston through September 13, so there’s still plenty of time to go see them! 🌿 Acupuncture + cupping with my forever favorite @kimfosteracupuncture in Beacon Hill-always exactly what I need. 🧘🏾‍♀️ The sweetest morning of yoga, affirmations + crafts with @2mindfulgirls. They offer so many programs for little ones around the area, including free summer family/children’s yoga on the @rosekennedygreenway, so definitely check them out! 🥖 And the grand finale: @briccosalumeria . We all munched on the $3 focaccia the entire way home before absolutely devouring our sandwiches 😂 A very good summer weekend. ❤️ Next up: Cape Cod with my girls 🌊☀️ What are your favorite spots? Beaches, food, coffee, shops. I wanna know! by @alongcamejaylee
August always holds a lot for me. My mom’s heavenly birthday, the start of a new school year for both my girls(!!), just a lot of beautiful but big things. A few grounding things I’m looking forward to this month: ☐ Sunset yoga on the @esplanadeinboston ☐ 48ish hours in NYC (send me your recs!) ☐ A sunset twirl at @trurovineyardsofcapecod ☐ Catching Gamechangers: Mother/Athlete at @mvaaff 🏀 ☐ Finishing my updated consulting website& offerings! (putting that here for accountability lol) ☐ Showing up here a little more consistently because community! Plus I do be having fun and want to encourage you to do the same. Thank you for such a warm welcome back. I’ve genuinely loved reading all your messages. 🤎 Mostly, I’m reminding myself to be present where my two feet are and make room for all of it. The big things, the little joys, and everything in between. Here’s to a soft August. 🤎 by @alongcamejaylee

This Mother’s Day felt tender in ways I wasn’t fully prepared for. Spent the weekend chasing little pockets of beauty anyway. Tulips with my girls, cold beach air, my mom’s favorite meal, and a rainy morning at @shirleyeatmoresunshine in Somerville. I later learned the cafe was named after the owner’s grandmother Shirley and built around warmth, care, and intentional food which somehow made the whole experience feel even more special. Grief is strange like that. Sometimes love keeps finding you in small ordinary moments. If you’re near Somerville, go get the biscuits and scones 🤍 by @alongcamejaylee
one of my favorite events of the year 📍@mfaboston seeing the art this way truly changes how you experience each piece. So so special! 🌷 happy 50 years of Art in Bloom 💐 by @alongcamejaylee
“I’ve been thinking about love. I’ve been thinking so much about love. I’ve been thinking about how much reverence I have for all of us trying to stay true to ourselves in the midst of these wildly turbulent times — how much reverence I have for all of us leaning toward kindness in the wobble, leaning toward care in the sea of disconnection, leaning toward understanding, leaning toward grace, leaning toward presence, leaning toward solidarity, leaning toward deep humanity — how much gratitude I have for the chance to keep trying, keep trying, keep trying — how relieving it is, every time, to remember I’m never alone in any of it“—Lisa Olivera ❤️❤️ by @alongcamejaylee
