Still grinding and fighting my way back into the gym! 💪🏽🔥

Today I decided to test myself and go after my PR on the incline bench — 405 lbs SUCCESSFULLY! 🏆💯

I’m still working my way back and I’m not 100% healthy yet, but this is just the beginning. I can’t wait until I’m fully recovered, back at full strength, and ready to start chasing some NEW PRs!

The goal hasn’t changed — GET STRONGER. GET BETTER. KEEP PUSHING. 🙏🏽💪🏽

One day at a time. One rep at a time. God is good! 🔥

Just recovering from surgery and slowly working my way back to normal. 💪🏾🙏🏾

Taking it one day at a time, listening to my body, and having a little fun along the way. I had to see if I could knock out those 15 reps on the bench press! 😂🔥

I’m not where I want to be yet, but I’m grateful for every bit of progress. The goal is to come back stronger, smarter, and better than ever.

Can’t wait to get back to the gym and do what I love! 💯💪🏾

What an incredible experience stepping on the national qualifier stage and sharing it with some of the best Men’s Physique athletes in the world. I met so many amazing people this weekend, and I’m grateful for every conversation, every word of encouragement, and every lesson learned.

I know I have more to give, and I’m already looking forward to my next show where I can bring an even better version of myself.

With God, all things are possible. Through His grace, and with the unwavering support of my family, friends, coach @wreckemray and everyone who believes in me, I know this journey is only beginning.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way. Your encouragement means more than you know. Time to get back to work—the next stage is waiting, and I’ll be ready. 💪🏾🔥

A special thank you to my mother for showing up to the show. I wanted to do this for her, and this was her first show. That moment meant so much to me.

Thank you to my uncle Barry and aunt Rochelle for coming to the show, believing in me, and always backing me.

And to my coach @wreckemray thank you for everything you’ve done to get me back to my best look. I truly appreciate your guidance and support.

I’m one step closer. No Pro Card yet, but I believe it’s in my future, and I’m grateful to have the best team supporting me every step of the way.

Happy Father’s Day to all the fathers out there!

I had an incredible Father’s Day surrounded by my greatest blessings—my daughters. Having all of my girls come together to celebrate with me made the day truly special. We enjoyed an amazing hibachi dinner at @kozeteppan , and the food and customer service were outstanding.

Moments like these remind me how blessed I am. I thank God every day for my wonderful daughters, their love, and the appreciation they show me. I love them more than words can express, and spending this time together made for a Father’s Day I’ll never forget.

The journey continues… 💪🏾🏆

First and foremost, I want to thank God, my family, friends, supporters, and everyone who has followed my bodybuilding journey. Every message, comment, and word of encouragement has helped push me through the early mornings, tough workouts, strict dieting, and challenging moments.

A huge shoutout to my coach @wreckemray . When I came in as a late client, he didn’t hesitate to take me on. He believed in me, provided the guidance, knowledge, accountability, and support I needed to elevate my physique and bring my best package to the stage. I am truly grateful for everything you’ve done and continue to do.

I also want to thank the gyms that have become my second home throughout prep:

Friday the 20th was a powerful night. Took the platform @suncityathleticclub and everything came together. Finished with a 1405 total—475 squat, 415 bench, 515 deadlift—and secured 2nd place. Truly grateful for the opportunity, the energy, and everyone supporting me along the way.

This journey isn’t just about numbers—it’s about showing up, staying disciplined, and trusting the process even when it’s tough. Every lift is a reminder that growth comes from consistency and faith. I’m hungry for more… this is only the beginning.

Friday the 20th was one for the books. Had an amazing night competing at @suncityathleticclub —everything clicked. I hit a total of 1405 lbs: 475 on squats, 415 on bench, and 515 on deadlift, earning 2nd place. Grateful for the strength, the energy, and everyone who continues to support the journey.

Every rep, every setback, every early morning—it all builds something greater. Nights like this remind me that consistency, faith, and discipline will always pay off. I’m just getting started… the goal is bigger, and the work continues.
