I DID IT! I’ve officially completed my PMU brow apprenticeship! 🎉

Back in June, I decided to take a spontaneous leap and try something new— permanent makeup brows, something that had always intrigued me. From learning how to map and shape brows, drawing hair strokes, shading, and eventually tattooing, it was definitely not easy. I still have much more to learn and room to grow as a brow artist, but I’m so proud of how far I’ve come.

I had a lot of ups and downs throughout my brow journey, but what always brought me the most happiness was creating brows that made women feel beautiful and confident. Just seeing their smiles when they look in the mirror made every blood, sweat and tears worth it.

For those who know me, I work full-time as a restaurant server, so doing brows started as a fun little side job for me. I’m still not sure what the future holds, but I hope that one day I can turn this side career into something much bigger and become a successful PMU brow artist!

I want to thank everyone at The Brow Bar who has guided and supported me along the way. Without them, I don’t think I would have made it this far. I’m forever grateful to have met all the girls at the studio— chatting, laughing, and gossiping about life and work. You all brought many smiles to my face after a long day of work.

To my kind, funny and wonderful mentor, Cecile, I can’t thank you enough for all the help, guidance, and encouragement you’ve given me since day one. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better mentor and supervisor!

And to all of my clients, thank you for being my brow models, for being patient with me, trusting me and allowing me to practice, learn and create your dream brows. Every single one of you means the world to me.

90 days. 200 hours. One milestone and soon to be… licensed PMU brow artist! 🖤✨
