my annual love letter to one of my favorite places on earth @unumfestival First, thank you @tomm_leek for welcoming me back to Albania. Again, I’m blown away, so proud of you and the team, and my soul feels so filled. Unum is like a home away from home and a place where everyone is family. A massive toast to you, @gregoibiza @fellreis @kresha.gjikokaj @qukla___ and every other member of your team who works around the clock to deliver 5 days straight of 24 hours of music. I truly don’t know how any of you do it….let alone always with a smile + attempting to give every person and artist there a moment of your time with such grace while being exhausted. All of you don’t get enough credit, but you’re one of the top teams in the world. Thank you all for allowing me to be a part of this special family. As I’ve said before, Unum is a magical little slice of musical heaven. There’s just nothing like it. Some of the best sets you’ll ever hear in your life. Some of the best music discovery you’ll ever get. And, one of the best showcases of (mostly) underground music/culture in the world. But even more than that- Unum is a place of connection…with the music, the space, the country, and one another. Home to one of the most globally diverse crowds, and the happiest vibes. A place where true relationships and life long friendships are born. I look forward to seeing friends from around the world and meeting new ones every year. To my crew that traveled (all mostly 24 hours) to come to Albania for a week, thank you for saying yes and leaning in. Congrats on surviving! I’m so happy I got to share Unum with all of you and I hope the effect continues to trickle down throughout many friend groups in years to come. I encourage everyone to experience Unum at least once in your life. As usual, most of my videos are kind of shit because 90% of the time you’re not on your phone, you’re just dancing but here’s a dump of a few snippets. To Note: I think @priku.atipic vs @arapu__ was one of the best sets I’ve seen in my life. by @alpha_mayle

✨COME TO UNUM!!!!!!✨It’s hard to encapsulate the magical energy that @unumfestival is in words. This space is full of music lovers from all over the world, the kindest faces, and an energy that is extremely extremely special. From artists, to staff, to attendees, it was the most A+ mix of people converging in beautiful Albania. The music curation from sun up to sun down, & many hours in between was nothing short of impressive. I have only a handful of videos because most of the time phones were away and people were just dancing. Thank you to my brother @tomm_leek for inviting me. So proud of you & grateful I was able to experience your year one of ownership, what you have here is incredibly special. The culture that has been curated on so many different levels is amazing. I’m so grateful I got to experience it with you, many friends from around the world, and new ones too. In all the world, Unum was the place to be this past week. I hope everyone gets attend or play this some day, it really is a magical place. Looking forward to returning for many years to come 🫶🏼 by @alpha_mayle
