Sustainability through Biodynamic Farming.My familiarity with Biodynamic Food dates back to 2011 or 2012. I was waiting to practise it & it took melee than 11 years to reach here. As a consultant who is diving deep into carbon neutrality & practical solutions to sustainability- I vouch for this method of approaching the issue of GHG removal. In 2019 I visited @dholesden for the first time & was fully impressed with the work happening there. Tourists who stay in this rental that blends with the natural surroundings (the quaint village Mangala, Bandipur) not just experience Nature at her best but also witness how sustainability can be achieved through mindful planning. The bio digester ensures that the confusion & crisis over LPG, doesn’t affect the functioning of Dhole’s Den. The workforce from the locality remain as the integral part of the system & the farm supplies organic ingredients for the meals. It took no time for @alphadhole to agree to my idea to apply the principles of Biodynamic Farming to improve the health of the farm. It could be the beginning of several interesting projects.
