HE DID THE DAMN THING TONIGHT 🔥🔥

It’s hard to do a flying sub when your opponent is eagerly anticipating it @raphaelferreira_bjj 🤪 @ufcbjj

His jiujitsu is just so fun to watch and I hope we see him back in the BOWL soon ✊🏼

COULD THERE BE ANYTHING WORSE THAN GETTING SUBBED BY MOTHER’S MILK 🥛 @ufcbjj 12 🤪?

@raphaelferreira_bjj has worked way to hard this training camp to make sure that doesn’t happen this Thursday only on @ufcfightpass

So hit that follow and let me know in comments what you think would be the most embarrassing way to go out in the BOWL 🤪

ADCC Nashville was a hoot & a half 🤠
•
First round bye then 2-0 in the 50 kg advanced for gold in a bracket full of tough match ups. Had a fun leg lock shoot out eventually getting a sub in my first match & fought it out through OT for a ref’s decision in the finals. Nothing but respect for my opponents & everyone that stepped on the mats to compete as they’re all talented grapplers.
•
Training leading up to this one was a bit all over the place due to unexpected life stuff, but while the quantity of time on the mats leading up to it was less, I’m grateful the quality of mat time I got with @picapaujiujitsu & cross training helped me feel ready to put my best foot forward. Thankful for all the time spent workshopping the minor details that made a difference out there & thankful for @jasonrobertsjj stepping in to corner me day of (even tho I almost fd it all up in the last minute tehe oops)
•
Highlights included seeing @sasha_vor7 sub her way to bronze after deciding to full send this trip last minute & watching @camila.estradaa be the consistent technician out there & get to work against some of the best in the game
•
It’s taken a village to get me on this path & more important than any medal has been the time, support & care people have invested in me as both an athlete & as a person, so thank you. Much love for yall always 🫶🏼
