I'll keep posting music here because I want these messages to reach you. This whole album is a love letter to us. The human family we incarnated into.

In 4 days I'll delete Instagram and Facebook from my phone and handover the logins to someone else. I won't read any comments or see how many likes I got. The only messages I'll receive are the ones that need my support or help.

I am curating my life intentionally and protecting my sensitivity. Cultivating my sensitivity. Cultivating deep and sustained periods of parasympathetic peacefulness. There are important places I need to travel to in this lifetime.

Shame says that I shouldn't take it so personally. I shouldn't care what people think. I shouldn't feel disappointed when I don't receive the recognition I'd hoped for. Shame makes me turn in on myself for not understanding what's going on.

On top of the pain and confusion, I shame myself for how I feel. And that's painful. I will never love the roots if I keep chopping the tree down.

I don't want to participate in a culture that keeps me running and hiding from myself and my deep sensitivity. I am turning towards myself.

I don't want to miss the privilege of being myself, knowing myself, and loving myself.

I believe in me. I trust me. I love me. I want me.

Sometimes things happen that are so abhorrent, disgusting and devastating, that it’s hard to believe it’s true. It can be hard to find a person with enough presence and capacity to witness us without turning away or gaslighting our experiences.

I wrote this song primarily for myself, but for other women who have so much in their hearts that they long to share, but often hold back because it’s terrifying.

The risk is immense when you start daring to open your mouth and let the truth out. People can’t always meet you. People won’t believe you. People can’t always hold you, especially when it’s messy and raw.

But there is always an omnipresent witness, watching you, hearing you, and holding you. For me, that witness has been sky, earth, my heart, my consciousness, my body, the spirit of life.

If you ever need a loving witness to support you in your expression or art-making, you know where to find me.

I’M COMING HOME 🏡 After a whole 9 months of being out in the world, in my many homes… After stepping away from business (even though somehow I still found myself facilitating and even touring) I AM OFFICIALLY BACK!!

I’ll be back in Australia (so-called) next month and I’m creating some really special things.

I have learned so so so much this year about life, about people, about art, about myself and I want to share so much with you.

One of my highlights this year was having my son come and visit me in Europe. His first European summer 🥹 and we got to spend some real quality time together.

I’m full and I’m ready to serve again.

My books are open if you are looking for someone to support your walk in the world. As a woman, as an artist, as a mother, as a lover, as a friend.

We all need someone to hold us and reflect ourselves back when we feel lost and overwhelmed. I’d be honoured to be that person for you.
